On 800 m2 of land planted with olive trees with a private pool of 8.5 x 4.5 m. 1 minute from the city center of a medieval village, the market, very quiet neighborhood where you can recharge your batteries.

Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a great view. This new house, with its heated and private pool, (open from April 15 to October 15) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche is a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Le Péquélet, cottage in a charming hamlet

The "pequélet" cottage in a charming hamlet, away from the crowds is ideally located to enjoy the various activities offered by Ardèche. This village house offers, on the first floor, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, an equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace that offers magnificent views of the hamlet. Our pool is available from June 8 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

You will have a fully equipped cottage with 1 main room (with equipped kitchen: oven, stove, dishwasher) overlooking a private garden, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. The center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. Ideal for a quiet stay, the "Petite Maison" combines the charm of the old Ardeches stones and modern comforts.

If you like hiking, I would be happy to advise you on the surrounding trails, departures are on foot from the studio. Village parking nearby.
