Overall, the place was lovely with beautiful views and a fantastic location. While there were a couple of minor inconveniences—such as being unable to connect to the internet to access certain movie channels and the absence of a blow dryer—they didn’t take away from the overall experience. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and it truly was a wonderful stay.

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend as a host and the views from this property are amazing! Thank you again Tony for being so helpful and responsive during our stay!!

Elton was responsible, kind, and very accommodating. Worked with us on any issue we had and his communication was prompt.

Rex place is very cute and perfect for a couple or family with a child. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view was definitely never taken for granted. I do wish though, the pictures did match. One of the reasons I booked this place was because my Son is 7 months and one of the pictures showed a bath tub. however, there was none. The couch and dining table are also different from the pictures, and there is no Washer in the place, it is on the complex and not cheap. However, Rex was an amazing Host and the housekeeper was also very sweet when she came to clean.

My stay was nothing short of amazing. The Airbnb was spotless. We had a minor problem with the toilets but that was easily fixed. The host was super helpful and responsive. I will most definitely be staying here again !

Well kept place in a charming gated comunity. We enjoyed very much to sit on the Balcony/Gazeebo above the town in the evening. great location, close to Ocho Rios

This is my second time staying in Columbus heights and I love it. Perfect location and in a perfect spot close to everything.

My husband and I had 2 events in St. Ann for 2 consecutive days and really needed somewhere to stay that was affordable, convenient, peaceful and comfortable. That was exactly what we got and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Our host was always available to answer my questions, and provided solutions and suggestions. The place was spotless, we slept so well, we had no disturbances as the environment was quiet. I loved that even though the AC was not a necessity, it was available. The bugs were at a minimum, the pools were gorgeous and we could choose the ones we wanted to use. There was hot and cold water in a beautiful shower. The view? Oh my God! Absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for making our stay so special. We definitely will be telling our friends and we will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. Columbus Heights never disappoints the views from this location was very beautiful no matter day or night . Bonnie was always just a text away when we needed to ask a question or had a concern . This is a bottom level air bnb located right next to the main walk way to other family’s condos so you must remember everyone stops and has a chat and visit as they pass you while sitting on your deck as Jamaica is full of friendly people. It can get a little loud in the evenings as some of the locals do play music into the evening but with that being said we go to bed early . This air bnb won’t disappoint you it’s fully equipped with more than you need for a long or short stay as we stayed a month . Very comfortable and felt safe at all times . Thank you Bonnie for allowing us to stay at your place hope to return back soon .

Last minute reservation. Host was responsive, the penthouse was exactly as described and pictured. Gorgeous home with a pool and ocean view. Perfect for what we needed at the time. Beds were comfortable, lounge and balcony areas easy to relax with our family of 4. Plenty of room to spare. Felt like home but with a picture worthy and phenomenal view of the Caribbean Sea. When there, definitely wake up at dawn to catch that sunrise!!! Definitely will return. Thank you, Jaqueline!

I stayed there my birthday week and I have absolutely no regret the place was literally minutes away from all the excursions we booked, the home was very clean, all appliances and amenities were functional and the host was really great, would definitely recommend and I would stay there again. Security excellent 100%

The private pool was great! We were able to hang out and spend time together as a family. Plenty of places to eat near by.

Im ever so grateful as it was such a stressful situation and her home was clean, smelled great and very comfortable. I can't thank you again. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels and the AC The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and checking in on us I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A perfect home away from home!

Kerri & Andrae’s home was absolutely beautiful well decorated our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. My almost 2 years old loved the playground while my 12 and 18 year loved the pool this the Perfect family/friendly spot . Communication was seamless Kerri &Andrae’s was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. This will be our first choice when we go back to Jamaica. Lastly The game table outside was the icing on the cake loved it.

I was booked for another hotel nearby and when I get there, I was so disappointed me and my family nothing like it advertised and it didn’t look safe so when I reached out to Areca Homes I was told that I have up to 23 hours to get a respond However, these lovely people responded within half an hour. I started the reservation and within 15 minutes we were all set the security guards the people the host everything was perfect. The environment was super and I’m already thinking about staying with Areca up on return to the island for my next vacation I must say thank you and keep up the good work you guys just elevated hospitality. Thank you.
