Berlin visitors are obliged to pay an additional Tourism tax. It is 5%, but can be avoided when on a buisness trip.

Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

Surrounded by shops and is just 5 minutes away from the nearest underground station and direct from the airport by train(SBahn). Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme-Seen area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursions are within easy reach. (Forest hikes, natural swimming beaches, boat & fishing tours, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The highway connection (A10 / A 12) is about 10 minutes away.
