Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rum Point

Great stay in this condo by the beach! Our favorite thing was that the condo was just steps away from a pristine sandy beach that we had almost to ourselves for hours every morning. Compared to nearby beaches, this one was far and away the best. Michele provides beach towels and beach toys for the kiddos. Great places to eat within easy walking distance, including at the pool. The condo was cozy and comfortable and clean. Our only issue was sporadic hot water but Michele was responsive to this.

Crescent Point was awesome. David's communication from the beginning was great. He recommended things to do and restaurants to eat at. We listened to his recommendations, and he was spot on all of them. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults. Very spacious! The condo was decorated very nice and was very clean. The pool and beach were steps from the door. The area was very clean and peaceful. We didn't rent a car and didn't really need one as Crescent Point was in a location where we were able to walk or take a bus or taxi to where were going. Overall, the trip was a 5-star, A++ trip! We can't wait to get back!

Highly recommend! We stayed in Ariel's condo for spring break and it was perfect for our family! Our three teenagers loved the pool and being able to snorkel right outside our door. We walked to many great restaurants or take a quick taxi/bus too! All of the guests in the complex were super nice and respectful. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend the place. At the Lazy Lizard Bar we met soooo many locals. It was very entertaining. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much Livia 🥰😘

The place was absolutely perfect for our last minute Spring Break Dive Vacation! Perfect location on the best part of the Island (East End). Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms and awesome views with easy access to all of the amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Kim’s place. It checked all of our boxes: fantastic view, low-key area away from the resorts, and good snorkeling right from the beach. It is close to the grocery store and multiple good restaurants in the West Bay Area. The condo itself was great for a family of four with plenty of space, was clean, had a full kitchen, and one of the best beach balcony views I’ve ever seen. The guest book was very informative, and answered all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We rented a car at the airport, which I highly recommend. Driving around was a lot easier than I had expected coming from the US. We’re already planning our next trip.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was fun for adults and our 3 1/2 yro, and the cove was really unique and offered some calm swimming and snorkeling. We even saw a stingray in the cove one day - such a nice surprise! It was close to 7 mile beach (walkable or a short drive to the full stretch of 7 mile after the hurricane) and lots of restaurants (we loved Coconut Joes for breakfast/lunch and Peppers for dinner). The inside of the condo was as described and we felt the furniture and appliances were nice and well-maintained. The pool supplies/toys they provided made our trip more fun and enjoyable for us and our daughter. Some portable beach chairs would be a nice addition for visiting other beaches. We loved the renovations they did and the modern decor (we're not such a fan of beach/nautical decor). We also appreciated Campbell meeting us at the unit around 9pm to help us get settled. It was a great, more affordable location for our family.

This place is great! It is in a quiet area next to the golf course and marina. A quick drive to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and good on-site restaurant. Host was very responsive but thankfully we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

This is an excellent location for those looking to stay in a local neighborhood, close to great scuba diving and snorkeling. Mitzi is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The loft is exactly as described, the AC works perfectly, and the bathroom exceeds the description.

The location was great. Right between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. While the apartment wasn’t anything special, the location definitely made up for it. Great price point. Walkable, which we loved. Pretty private beach spot. Other guests staying in the apartments were friendly and helpful with information about the island. Millicent was amazing. Always available, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated Cline’s quick message response and willingness to call us a cab the morning of us leaving for the airport.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Savhaven was an excellent home base for my family during our stay on Grand Cayman Island. We had a wonderful greeting and tour of the property by Claude and Lorna when we arrived. Then they left us with Lorna’s freshly prepared brunch of jerk chicken, rice & beans, and fresh salad. It was a wonderfully private home and outdoor living & entertaining paradise. We were just steps away from Foster’s grocery store and multiple restaurants too. Spots beach was only a few minutes drive where we enjoyed snorkeling with the turtles each morning before our daily adventures on the island. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future!

Very cute and clean apartment in a great location. Quick drive to cemetery beach for snorkeling. Host was very helpful and kind. My kids loved the roosters and chickens on the property.

I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Pavilion! The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in easy with all the info I needed upfront. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to beaches, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a 24-hour Subway and ATM. While parking is available if you rent a car, I found everything so walkable and close to bus stops that I didn’t need one. WiFi was great and as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe coming and going.

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

Lovely quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to drive over of the beach, restaurant, store. Right by the golf course.

Very secluded area, which we prefer, but plan on driving a bit to restaurants (except for one across the street open for dinner only). One of few private sand beaches outside of the Seven Mile area. It was cleaned and raked at least once during our stay. very beautiful views, but not really a swimming/wading beach due to heavy sea grass on this end of the island. There is a pier on property where you can enter past the see each grass, but we didn't do that. Lots of tarpon in the area you can watch from the pier (no fishing).

Communications were great, plenty of parking with easy access to some restaurants and shopping at Camana Bay and other areas. Beach was nice and not crowded, unfortunately it is still recovering a little from the storms, but it was still accessible and relaxing. The house was very clean and had plenty of needed items for the stay. I would definitely recommend.

Deniss was a great host. He responded to all our questions and requests in a timely manner. The location was great - close to groceries, liquor store and the beach. The property was at a quieter portion of Seven Mile Beach with lots of space on the beach. The property was well maintained and spacious. Would go back anytime and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Condo was spacious and clean, pool is very accessible with chairs available, ocean is a 30 second walk away with snorkeling options, restaurants within walkable distance, Amy is super approachable and responsive.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!

Clean, comfortable villa with amazing views overlooking pool and beach. After a slight hiccup with broken lock on arrival, nearby property manager quickly responded and got things squared away with a new lock. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this beautiful villa! Ernie’s instructions on surrounding area were spot on. We shopped at the market in Savannah on the way in from the airport and enjoyed dinners at Over the edge and Tukka. Pro tip – use the shopping carts under the stairwell when arriving with groceries and bring everything up via elevator. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
