Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Comfortable and spacious home surrounded by nature in a great location! This 3/2 mobile home sleeps 10 and it sits in a 5-acre piece of land full of trees. Sit by the firepit, relax in the screened porch, listen to the animals and you might even see some deers. The house is peaceful and secluded but it is less than 10 minutes to downtown and also between 8 - 15 minutes to Ginnie Springs, Blue Springs and Poe Springs. We are also about 20 minutes to other Springs and 25 minutes to Gainesville.

We never stayed in a tipi before, so this was a bucket list item. It’s very remote in the back of their property next to their animals. Which we loved, but might not be perfect for everyone. It was the middle of June and the AC and fans kept us cool all night. I would not plan to spend much time in the Tipi, but they had a great game room and swimming pool on the property we enjoyed.

Daniel was very friendly and easy to talk to. He lives in the house, and even though he resides there, he is understanding and respectful of the guests' activities. The house is located near several springs, which I really enjoyed. It is also very clean, and everything you need is available.

Host Maisnely was quick to respond, friendly & helpful. The unit was clean & looked relatively new, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to downtown High Springs. Lots of thoughtful “touches” ie, candy, toiletries, first aid kit, good coffee. I was only there 1 night. Just an FYI, no fault of Maisnely but my navigation at first took me down the wrong street, but it was an easy correction.

Great getaway to the springs! Katie gave very clear instructions and went above and beyond on the details for local restaurants, springs, ect.. the house was very clean and spacious, everything worked and is kept well. We loved the outside patio and pool area. Very relaxing and gave the real Florida vibe! We will definitely stay again on our next visit to the springs!
