Typical two Storey Bahamian beach cottage in a beautiful tropical garden 100 feet from the crystal-clear ocean. The modern, European style downstairs apartment (appr. 700 square feet) features a contemporary white master bedroom, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner and a bathroom with two sinks and with a shower. There is a large wooden outside deck for barbecue and dining. The house has a sliding door to view the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. The perfect place to relax and to enjoy the ocean. WIFI is available free of charge.

Our Bonafide Rental Cottage, suitable for couples and small families has gorgeous hilltop views and is the perfect home for an out-island getaway, filled with fun adventure! The cottage is tropically furnished and is very private for those who like their peace and quiet! It is only a 5 min. drive to the stunning and best beach on the island, Cape Santa Maria Beach. It's the pink house at the top of Grotto Bay - the closest house to the beach! Relax in your private getaway, where every room provides a view of the bay, and the path to the beach is steps from your door. A spiral staircase leads to a very large lounge, dining and kitchen areas, and two more bedrooms. The staircase continues to a small office and large roof terrace and the wonderful lookout turret with 360-degree views. The "Whow" word has been mentioned many times.
