I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this BnB! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere-perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hosts were exceptional-friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Their local recommendations were spot-on and made my trip even more epi I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top notch BnB experience. We had a great time staying at Arjun’s place. Special mention to the amazing food, everything was cooked to perfection. Beautiful and quiet property easily accessible by car. Arjun was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. We would love to stay here again super soon.

A perfect getaway from the city’s hustle. Serene. Aditya and Alpa both were active before & throughout our stay, sharing recommendations and checking in on us if everything was going smooth, which was really kind of’em. Caretaker Bhuwan was a polite individual available just a phone call away. The place is as it’s described. Clean and tidy cabin. Lush greenery around. Clean view of snowy mountains on a clear day. Good internet, warm room with all the basic kitchen amenities to help your stay feel like home. The answer to your “pahado mein agar ghar hota toh kaisa hota?”, lies here.

Syat House by the River, with forested mountains

Our stay in syat house was worry-free and perfect, thanks to the beautiful room, the beautiful calm and trashfree landscape, the supernice stuff and the delicious provided three times buffet in the open garden kitchen each day. You pay for the food on top of the room price shown on Airbnb, but it's definetly worth it. The stuff is actually around the garden kitchen whole day, so that there is always somebody available. For people who think it might be a bit far from the entry of the nationalpark: there is a entry about 5minutes away and you can book a safari picking you up from syat house and bringing you quickly in the animal spotting areas. Ah and: after the warnings of Aditya for a lot insectfriends I expected endless spiders and more but in the end we spotted only one tiny lizard in the very far ceiling corner of the room and that was it (was in April). So don't be scared! We would love to come back one day :)

Getting there: We travelled from Noida and the road that leads to the place is steep but easily drivable. I recommend to contact hosts in advance and understand the exact location The place: This is one of the most thoughtfully constructed property that I have lived. The host is an architect and this property seems his passion project. There are a lot of wow elements. The kitchen is high quality, the common area is amazing, the natural light is great and the place just feels like jewel. I would specially like to mention about Rohit, the care taker who is courteous, very punctual and kind. I would recommend that you take meals in-house because it is cooked in front of you and tastes amazing. There are beautiful trails to walk and we even walked down to Sattal which was challenging but fun and I would 10/10 recommend everyone to try that. I would definitely visit again and thanks to Ashok for opening up this property for otehr guests to enjoy.
