It was my second visit to Uttarkashi, and I am glad to visit Jai’s place. Definitely recommend everyone to come here. Jai was very proactive, helpful and treated us like family members. On my next visit I will surely bring my parents along too. Excellent Value for Money. You will feel very calm and even can hear the river bhaghirathi which is very closeby from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Neelansh Resort, Sonprayag—an ideal place to begin or conclude the Kedarnath Yatra. The property is strategically located near the trek starting point (car parking area), making it very convenient for pilgrims. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. Our stay was peaceful and serene. The natural beauty of the surroundings is truly captivating—it effortlessly melts away all the fatigue. The food served was delicious, homely, and comforting, adding to the overall experience. Suraj was exceptionally helpful and responsive, assisting us in planning our onward journey. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Tridiva truly feels like home, thanks to Meeta, Pradeep Bhaiya, and their adorable dog Oak. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with refreshing nimbu pani, we felt the warmth of the place. Meeta is the soul of Tridiva. Her home is filled with thoughtful touches, love, and care. Every morning, I looked forward to chatting with her over tea—something that usually only happens with family. Her values, kindness, and efforts to protect nature (like preventing forest fires and reducing plastic use) are deeply inspiring. Spending time with her was a reminder of how beautiful genuine human connection can be. Huge thanks to Pradeep Bhaiya for the delicious meals—each one different, homely, and perfectly made. His aloo parathas and Pahari dal are a must-try! And then there’s Oak, the in-house dog, who helped me overcome a lifelong fear of dogs. He was my first petting experience and made a big impact. Tridiva isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience.

Karnprayag Villa is truly one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed — nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by peace, silence, and beauty that helps you disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with yourself. Every room in the villa feels like it has its own story to tell, filled with warmth and charm. A special thanks to the owner, Pradeep, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating — even helping us at the last minute to make space for a few extra family members. His hospitality truly made a difference. We absolutely loved the collection of books in the villa — there's something magical about sitting with a book surrounded by mountains. I’ve promised myself that one day I’ll come back just to read through them all. My little niece had a great time playing with all the thoughtfully kept toys — such a lovely touch for families with children. We, two families stayed at this homestay for 2 nights. The homestay is located in a beautiful location. The view from the homestay is stunning, and we could see the mountains and the dam. Few things that will stay in our memories for lifetime are. -Beautiful view -Homely atmosphere ( felt like visiting a friend's place) -Welcoming and helpful host ( Vikas proactively called me and gave instructions. Nice meeting Arjun at the homestay, who was so helpful and friendly.) -Comfortable rooms Overall: We had a great time staying at this homestay, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Vama Homestead. The rooms were spacious and clean.. The host Vardaan Chawla (more of a friend) is absolutely a gem of a person..going out all the way to make our stay a memorable one..Explained us about the area and other topography..Accompanied us to a small river side hike which was absolutely stunning sight..The staff were attentive as well prompt and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable..and last but not the least being a foodie group we were served with best of lip smacking dishes throughout our stay.. Breakfast, lunch, hi tea, barbeque snacks and dinner were quite elaborate made with best of ingredients.. I know it's a bit long review but am compelled to write for the great hospitality we received.. It had everything we could wish for...If planning for a quiet, no hassles great location awesome food then just go for it.. You won't regret.. Only thing to keep in mind is there a small trek from parking to reach the resort..
