Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rouville Regional County Municipality

Well appointed and matched the description. Very comfortable and great place to stay when you are in the area. Louise was very helpful and accommodating, and very responsive. Would recommend.

We recently stayed at a delightful lake house in Plattsburgh to celebrate our son’s graduation from CUNY Plattsburgh. Our time there was truly special, as the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful lake views provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. The Boathouse was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that made our time relaxing and enjoyable. The peacefulness of the lake allowed us to disconnect from our busy lives and fully immerse ourselves in this joyous occasion. Overall, our stay was a wonderful blend of celebration and serenity. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely retreat in the future!

Found this unit by searching the typical items for a B&B however, this place was quite different from the listing on the web. Interior was far superior to what the picture shows. I have been renting units for many years and found this to be the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. The unit exterior is a little older, but the interior makes up for everything. Would recommend this one even to my wife! ! (lol)

Nuestra estancia en casa de Sara fue perfecta! Estuvimos mejor que en casa! Había todo lo que necesitábamos. La casa, cómoda y acogedora, llena de detalles preciosos. El porche, una maravilla. La cocina, estupenda para cocinar con todos los utensilios necesarios. El comedor, amplio y cómodo. Los padres y resto de familia de Sara al lado, pendientes de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Muy amables y generosos. La gente en el pueblo, muy amables también. Encantados de estar allí y sin duda repetiría allí de nuevo si volvemos.

Absolutely stunning house, location is great and it’s even better than in the pictures. The little touches make you feel welcome, I can’t wait to go back!

Wow, this place was a stunning find for us. Quite simply a peaceful wooded oasis with a breathtaking view of Lake Champlain. The house is clean, spacious, and accommodating. The little things like toys for our son, the pool table, and Adirondack chairs made us feel right at home. We enjoyed taking the Plattsburgh Ferry to Vermont, playing badminton in the yard, watching the sunrise on the porch, and cooking in the spacious kitchen. Marco was an incredible host and we will definitely stay again at this lovely house.

We loved David's home and felt at home during our stay. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We felt the hosts were responsive, accessible, and helpful. The home is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again!

Nous avons adoré l'endroit; c'était même plus beau que sur les photos. La quiétude des lieux nous a charmé. C'était plaisant (et ça faisait différent) de passer du temps à l'avant de la maison dans la balançoire ou sur le balcon couvert. Philippe est un hôte attentif et très réactif. Toutes ses consignes étaient bien claires. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Clean, nicely decorated space for two people. The backyard is more spacious than it appears in the pictures and is fully fenced in. The outside area is beautiful. Well kept herb and flower beds, a little screened in patio, a propane fire pit, a water feature and nice ambient lighting. Our last evening we had rain so some quick rearranging allowed us to setup in the screened room to eat a barbecue dinner. Gordon and Louis thought of everything right down to the bug spray. There was tea, coffee, cold drinks, a few snacks, a bottle of wine and some cold beverages when we arrived. Even a small gift from our hosts. Louis gave us a quick tour and any instructions on arrival. If you like to watch planes or want to be close to the airport this is also a great location being a 15min drive away. Parking was ample. All of the kitchen needs. No stove, but with toaster oven,single burner salton, microwave and barbecue. We would recommend it to couples that have have a four legged friend with them

Franchement je suis le genre de client qui critique tout ce qu’il ne va pas quand l’occasion s’y prête. Mais pour le coup, avec Qasem, il n’y a rien à dire! Je recommande fortement fortement cet hôte! L’appartement est superbe, très fonctionnelle, bon il n’y a pas de machine à laver mais vous avez une buanderie à coter. De plus, Qasem est réactif aux messages sur la plate-forme. Vous avez besoin de quelque chose ? Demandez lui et il vous conseillera au mieux pour votre confort. Super séjour!

Amazing gem in the middle of the forest! It demonstrate a perfect harmony between nature and human craft. Lake, horses and a lot of lands so our dog was super happy. We were there 4days but it felt like a two week retreat in terms of recovery and déconnection! Simply amazing

the place was even nicer than expected. very spacious and clean. great little fenced in area for the dogs to run around. 15min drive to Jay, and less than 5 min from a good restaurant, gas, and a grocery store. really appreciated the kids toys for our little one too!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Catherine! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description: propre, très bien équipé et trés confortable. Nous avons était émerveillé par les exterrieurs. Le cadre est idyllique et nous avons vraiment apprécié la terrasse et la tranquillité des lieux. L'emplacement est idéal proche de nombreux points touristiques. Nous recommandons vivement le logement de Catherine et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Amazing apartment and land surrounding. The animals are all very friendly. Felt so at home and not uncomfortable at all!

We had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is a true gem in the North East Kingdom. Upon entering the house, fresh flowers decorated the rooms and we found a basket of snacks for us and our dog. Leslie and Matt’s passion for decorating made the house cozy and inviting. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the garden, relaxing on the deck, and walking to the river. The food shopping service Leslie and Matt offer is an added bonus. The cabin is also in a perfect location. There are many great hikes and restaurants close by. The North East Kingdom truly delivered with its scenic woods, spectacular summit views, and gorgeous waterfalls. Plus every meal was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and making our vacation this year a memorable one! You both were responsive, friendly, and such a help before and during our stay. This vacation was exactly what we hoped for: a relaxing retreat among the trees. I wish we lived closer because I’d be back every year.

We loved our getaway in the mountains at this beautiful cabin! The location was secluded and peaceful yet the Stowe center was just a few miles away. The only thing we wished was different was the master bedroom curtains. They didn’t fully cover the floor to ceiling windows so the morning light flooded in at 5:30 am. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for us. The dogs were able to be unleashed… of course they were under voice control, but they were happy. And so were we. Definitely relaxing, clean, and quiet. Nice place! Views were extraordinary!

Always such a joy to stay at Lake Wapanacki! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings with trails, lake views and lots of nature! And really close to local town Hardwick (with just right amount of restaurants and an awesome co-op) and other favorites like Hill Farmstead Brewery. I think we’re into our 5th year and love it!

We stayed at Le Shac for 4 nights, we were 4 adults and a 13-month old. We found it pretty comfortable for all of us. The place was baby friendly, with an easy to use barrier for the stairs and no dangerous furniture. Patricia even managed to find us a high chair to use! The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The area was great to explore, there is so much at a distance of a 15-20 minute car ride! We hope to come back soon :)

Merle was/is an excellent host. Great communication throughout our stay. Definitely won’t be the last time we go there. Beautiful scenery and wonderful landscapes. We requested some wood for fire pit and there was a small pile waiting for us when we arrived. Super host and we would highly recommend to others. Jeff & Jen

I felt very safe knowing it was a gated RV park community. I loved the cabin as it was neat & clean. The owners and cleaning lady were friendly and pleasant to talk to. I hope to come back soon.

We loved Rebecca and Josh's place! The outdoor surroundings were serene and we loved how the place felt tucked away. We were weren't there long enough to explore any trails but we want to come back! There were many thoughtful touches to the place, and fire starters/fire wood provided for us. The hot tub was very relaxing! The inside of the house was decorated very artsy and tastefully! Definitely would recommend :)
