Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Roubaix

We had a wonderful time with special attention to cleanliness and the small details that make your stay very pleasant. The equipment is perfect for having a good time with a small village and local shops and a beautiful restaurant 5 min drive. We will come back to live a new experience as we had an excellent time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Lille! Very close to city center and many restaurants. Easy walk to metro to access other areas of Lille ! Especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the huge living space !

Perfectly clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped accommodation. A nice terrace for sunbathing, having a meal, etc. You can book without a second thought

Very nice, beautiful living space. Plenty of space and light. Number of seats in the sitting area/living room is a bit limited, three or four adults can sit comfortably. Easy to reach the center of Lille by bus or on foot along the water. Perfect for a weekend in Lille with family or friends.

It is a beautiful house, everything is perfect and works perfectly. We have enjoyed our few days in this paradise.

Very pleasant stay, punctuated by our son's wedding. The house is welcoming, very bright, the bedding very comfortable and being able to park several vehicles was very appreciated. the entire layout contributes to the comfort of the stay. this very modern house and its huge and super maintained park are very positive points i highly recommend it.

A perfect stay! The accommodation is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt at ease there. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. Responsive, welcoming, and considerate host. We had a great time and will gladly come back again. I recommend it 100%!

An amazing night offered to my husband for his birthday. Having already done several hot tubs, this one is exceptional, and has the little something extra. The pole-dance bar in the bedroom and the centerpiece make the place special. The cleanliness is flawless and the spa is cozy. We will probably test the second hot tub in preparation!

We loved our stay at Delphine's! Very easy to access, free spots nearby, and clear instructions. Everything was perfect, bedding, hot tub, bathroom, kitchen. Very well soundproofed and away from the street. I recommend this place, in addition to that Delphine is a very friendly and responsive host. Breakfast when you wake up, nice! We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

We spent a weekend with a group of 8 adults and 7 children. We found a beautiful house clean, welcoming, warm and with a beautiful garden in which the kids had fun playing. It has everything you need for toddlers with high chairs and umbrella beds. The hot tub was much appreciated by everyone:) There are clear instructions throughout the house. In short, a great 2 day stay. Too bad we only stayed one weekend!

If I could give a sixth star, I would. We enjoyed a perfect and very comfortable stay!

We once again had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place and were able to stay for longer this time. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful house, garden & pool but we spent some time in Lille which was wonderful. Recommend the Cita Parc for those with small children. A fabulous stay in a truly luxurious home.

Had a lovely peaceful weekend where we switched off and unwound. Onsite restaurant was lovely!
