Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Heating fixed at 21.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This adoreable suite has its own enterance to the back of the house and is completely seperate for your own privacy. Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities. Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Cliff Top Heights-Beach front house near Brighton

A beautiful house in a lovely location over looking the sea. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. Any questions I had Mark or Clare were quick to answer and help, including local travel information. We were greeted by the lovely Clare for check in, where we had a quick tour, was shown where everything is kept and how things work. We were really made to feel at home and very welcome. We even had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and snacks left for us, which was a lovely gesture and gratefully received. The house was very clean and everything you possibly needed had been thought of. The robes and slippers were especially a huge hit for our group of girls. The bus stop opposite was very handy, with regular buses in and out of Brighton. The only thing we were sad about was leaving this stunning accommodation on check out day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The host was an excellent communicator and her property was perfectly set up for guests with lots of attention to detail. Even the layout was ideal because there is space as you come in to leave your bags and clutter out of the way. The bedroom had dark curtains and it was super quiet at night. The bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was spotless with lots of added extras such as coffee pods which was so handy. There were clean towels on the bed and we didn't lack anything. Totally recommend.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to cancel our booking the day we were supposed to arrive. We had booked Richard’s place as we were doing a half marathon, this was cancelled at last minute due to adverse weather conditions. Richard was extremely understanding of our predicament and still advised us of things we could do in the area regardless of weather. However my friends and I were so downhearted, we decided not to travel down. We hope the event will be rescheduled, and if so, we hope Richard’s property will be available. Thanks for your understanding Richard

This cozy apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our stay in Saltdean. On a quiet street, the apartment is well located a few minutes walk from the seafront. Though small, it has everything you need, comfy bed and couch bed, large modern bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, and a lovely garden area. Close to a Coop grocery store and several good restaurants, a short hop into Brighton by car or bus, and lots of walks along the seafront and the south downs. Sharon was a lovely host, great communication, lots of information about the area and very kind. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Simon was very communicative during our stay, and helped us with any queries that we had. We also appreciated the detailed check-in guide while had many FAQs. The property itself is well maintained, and in a very good location by the Brighton Marina !
