Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Rottal-Inn

We stayed here for the weekend and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was very bad, all the more beautiful that the apartment was so cozy. We are happy to be able to test the balcony again in better weather:)

The apartment is very modern and newly furnished and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even bathrobes and children's toys available. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in your bathrobe via the hallway and staircase or elevator and not have to leave the building. We can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

We found it beautiful that the apartment was sun-drenched, had a magnificent view of the mountains, you could also log on to Netflix and also the heating immediately warmed up when it got colder. The beautiful swimming pool is another plus. It was also cozy on the balcony, only the traffic downstairs in the valley was sometimes a little louder, but not with the balcony door closed! Conclusion: We will be happy to come back!

We were completely satisfied and especially found the location totally good because everything was within walking distance. At night, it was a bit louder on the street in front of the house by passers-by, but it was also because it was Saturday and the apartment is in the center. Didn't bother us any further. We loved that our host allowed us to stay only one night; he had originally offered the apartment for two nights and adapted it to our dates upon request. Thank you for everything - we had a very nice weekend!

We had a wonderful time at Konrad's place. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love, cozy and thoughtful – you immediately felt comfortable. The area all around is quiet, harmonious and ideal for unwinding in nature. We were able to completely unplug and recharge. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We spent 5 beautiful days here. The apartment is very well equipped. There was everything you need. Check in and out was very easy and straightforward. We especially loved the small swimming pool, gym and sauna, which were right in the house. There is also plenty to do in the village and the surrounding area, especially with children. There are also many great trails with a great view for hiking lovers. In good weather you can even see the Alps.

We stayed two nights with our daughter in the apartment. The stay was very pleasant and there were plenty of leisure activities. Communication was easy and very friendly. We would always come back :-)

The place was great! And the bed is super cozy (because we have had quite different experiences🙈). We would book it again at any time if we go to Inzell again. The location is great, because you can get everywhere quickly - whether at Königssee, in Salzburg or in the mountains for hiking ☺️ An absolute recommendation!

Markus' apartment is one of the coolest accommodations I've been able to visit so far. The decor is totally crazy but at the same time very cozy. There were 6 of us and we all immediately liked it and felt very homely. The mattress in the beds are absolutely top. Nice and firm and you can sleep wonderfully in it. In addition, everything was super clean and smelled good. The equipment of the kitchen is excellent and you can start cooking right away as there is oil, spices and enough equipment on site. Highly recommend. Especially for larger groups really great. We had a spontaneous additional guest for one night and that was no problem after a short consultation without extra charge. Great host, happy to come again!

Betty is very nice, accommodating and accommodating. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. The property is the same as the listing. We were on site with our small child. We will be happy to come back. We can recommend the apartment.

Very nice and modern furnished apartment. We were a total of 2 Adults and 2 children. In terms of size, it was perfectly adequate for the number. The complex is a bit outdated, but you won't notice it at all in the apartment. It is renovated and very well equipped. You can tell that someone has thought about the furnishings. We thought it was very good that there were enough sockets and numerous possibilities to hang clothes or towels. The beds were also really great! Check in was absolutely hassle-free. We received a very detailed description of where we had to go and where everything could be found and in general the communication was very pleasant. The facility is really great with children. There is a small swimming pool in the basement and a large playground outside and the area also offers a lot of excursion possibilities. A clear recommendation from us!

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

Overall, everything was great. The rooms are well equipped. Normally, a tour of the buildings would have taken place for us. Unfortunately, a move from our host has delayed communication a little, so it didn't take place. Nevertheless, everything went well and there was always a response. However, if it turns out, we would book again, now we know more:)

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated parking garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good, worth recommending

Home away from home. Sophia’s house was wonderful & spacious. All the rooms are upstairs kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed some local beer thanks to Sophia. Would stay again. It’s about :30 from the city (Uber is 40-60) and can be tricky getting large uber to city. Supposedly local transportation is easy to navigate, but we were a bit intimidated.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026.
