Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Such a great property for a large family to enjoy the simple things. Photos are accurate and place is exactly as described. The reserve next door makes you feel like you have an even larger backyard. Great walks near by, easy access to lake a short walk or 2 minute drive away. Friendly and responsive hosts. Our 2nd time here and will visit again.

Joss and Wayne, the hosts, made our stay absolutely fantastic! They were so friendly and welcoming, and the log cabin was simply stunning. We had an incredible time there!

this stunning place was easy to find, we also live on a farm so driving there wasn't a problem, appreciate the hospitality and although we were out n about our belongings were safe, the kids enjoyed the spacious lounge fire and bath! has everything you need for a great stay and also eggs for breakfast was a treat!

Came down from Auckland for my birthday, there were meant to be 3 of us but one person didn’t make. That didn’t ruin our trip anyways, this place was absolutely stunning, quiet and peaceful. Surroundings were beautiful and the home was so comfortable made us feel like home. We would definitely come back :)

Beautiful views, clean cozy space. Our 2 4 year old grandsons were facinated with the views of Rotorua and admiring the stars. Our family loved our stay Appreciated the yummy food for breakfast

We had a great stay at Sonia's place. The house was comfortable and clean, and walking distance to Lake Rotoiti. We enjoyed all the animals, a highlight was collecting a couple eggs from the coop. Thanks for having us, will defo stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin, super friendly hosts and a nice cosy cabin with everything we needed and beautiful views. We made the most of the rainy evening and went to see the glow worms down the driveway. Also the homemade bread and little treats were a super nice touch.

Such a beautiful and private place to stay at! It was very cozy and layed out perfectly. Enough space for a couple to stay in. They also provided us with tea/coffee and breakfast options in their fridge. Leigh and Daves place is somewhere we would highly recommend staying in and we hope to be back soon! Thanks so much!!

We’ve stayed at many Airbnb over the years but this one is definitely our favourite. The photos are very accurate. The views in the photos are right there through the huge glass windows/ doors. If you’re looking for somewhere to just relax & enjoy this is it! Only around 10-15mins out of central Rotorua so no sulphur smell at all. Everything you could possibly need is provided & Woolies is only about 6kl away. Bed was very comfortable, great lounge, massive shower. If you’re there to tour Rotorua make sure you allow a chill out day to enjoy this beautiful peaceful place, Pat Baz & Toby the miniature ponies & watch the sheep & deer in the neighbouring rolling green pastures, you won’t be disappointed! We didn’t want to leave!

A lovely quiet retreat.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place! The house was spotless, comfortable, and set in a peaceful farm setting that made the whole experience extra special. Michelle was incredibly responsive and accommodating — even when we had a last-minute guest join us, she was more than happy to welcome them too. The farm itself was a delight, adding charm and serenity to our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to come back!

Kerris and Chris are wonderful hosts, very hospitable and friendly and made us feel very welcomed in their home, it really felt like a home away from home. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious. The place is easily accessible and located in convenient location close to town and the other activity's we needed to access during our stay. Her facility's are as described, clean, very well maintained and offers plenty to do if staying around the property, easily accommodated our extra luggage (mountain bikes) during our stay . Will defiantly be returning on our annual trip back to Rotorua, whether staying in the main house or one of the other accommodation options they have available.

Beautiful and private! Everything we wanted - highly recommended

The home is spacious but you do not feel disconnected. Beautiful surroundings and well equipt kitchen. The indoor outdoor flow gave as an additional seating area for dinners etc. Fabulous facilities could not think of anything else that would be needed there. Would highly recommend The Red Barn.

Pauline was a gracious host. We wish we had more time to have more of a chat with Pauline and John. Their farm and grounds were maintained beautifully. What a stunning view of Lake Rotorua .The unit was welcoming, immaculately clean and comfortable . Pauline provided a full breakfast with homemade delicious pancakes and a special ham. A very special accommodation. I would definitely stay longer next time.

I booked for 8 adults, it has only one floor and no stairs. So my elderly parents are suitable for this house. The house size is decent, 4 rooms are very good for us. At the backyard, there is a lemon tree, and the view is very beautiful. Not to mention there is a jacuzzi for relaxation. There is a washing machine and dryer, which is convenient. I think the owner is a Chinese and the instructions in the kitchen contain both English and Chinese. The kitchen should include a pair of scissors, just for convenience. There is a pool table in the garage, that's very nice. We are happy to stay in this house for 2 nights.

We had a wonderful stay, the place was peaceful, clean, and just what we needed to unwind. Rebecca is a fantastic host, very responsive and thoughtful. We really appreciated the little touches (especially the chocolate!). Would definitely recommend and love to return.

This property is absolutely stunning. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was fully equiped with everything we needed and exceeded all our expectations. The games room and spa was a major hit with us adults as the weather wasn't that great. Our kids loved all the animals and the groundsmen on the property was so welcoming and gave us some free range eggs. we highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again
