A very nice accommodation in a quiet location with a great garden! From there, many sights are easily accessible by car, so you can easily explore Brittany and parts of Normandy. Jean Michel is a very polite and open-minded host.

What a lovely stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful region has to offer but we will surely come back! The house is perfect for two with a hot tub to end the day after 16km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for the availability. independent check-in but with very clear descriptions the cottage is small but identical to the description, cozy, very clean, with all the comforts and above all very quiet Communication was responsive, caring, and very friendly. Close to the beach, especially with a dog, and therefore the possibility of being there early without disturbing anyone. The intra muros is nearby whether by car or bus. The cottage has all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay. Tasteful decor, impeccably clean. The 2 small courtyards are undeniably a plus: quiet, exposure and layout for eating or aperitif. Alone in the world once the door is closed Paramé: neighborhood with a small local life with all its shops We slept well, enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back. Small downside: a bath mat was missing. For the rest, nothing to say: coffee, toilet paper, some basic products, tea towels. A lovely favorite my daughter and I are delighted

very pleasant stay in Servane's house with this panoramic view that we never tired of looking at. A little nod to two charming sheep. we had an exotic and soothing stay. Recommended without moderation.

Virginie is an available and attentive host The accommodation is as described and the place is really peaceful Only small downside is the lack of air conditioning in case of high heat, especially in the veranda part, but the view of Mont Saint Michel makes us forget the heat! We will certainly come back to discover a little more of the region.

Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

The place was as described, very clean. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool or the outside area as it was raining. The house is a marvel of many rooms and even two bathrooms and showers inside a small house. Thank you Lorraine!

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the cottage. A few days in the area were spent with our dog visiting Saint Malo, Mont St Michel, lunch in Saint-Suliac and a local walk along the river. We loved the pretty enclosed garden and enjoyed having our breakfast there whilst listening to the birds. We really appreciated the home from home feel, the comfy beds and the crisp white linens. Many thanks again Fiona for putting some groceries in for us, this was really very kind and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. My in-laws had a great stay in Pierre and Nadine's apartment. It was consistent with the photos and description. Very clean. They were very responsive during our exchanges. I recommend it!

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!
