Welcome to the HOUSE IN the REED 1 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Apartment 1 offers a lot of space and interesting options for connoisseurs and outdoor enthusiasts. The highlight – next to the panoramic view: the private small sandy beach in the garden with a large lake roof as a sunscreen.

Tiny house between lakes, forest and meadows

This cozy tiny house is located just off a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a Perma culture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes here. If you want to go to the big city from nature, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. It has an oven and even a bathtub Right in front of the house is a fire pit just for you.

Central apartment with kitchen / PS3 + Netflix + Prime

The apartment is in a quiet yet central location right in the heart of the city. 200 meters further is one of the central squares in the city with beautiful cafes. The equipment of the apartment includes a large double bed, a (sleeping)sofa (for 2 more people), a kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, a bathroom with towels, toothbrushes and soaps as well as a SmartTv with Netflix, Prime and a Playstation 3 for social evenings at home.

Close to the small lake

The super quiet 1-room apartment with a large box spring bed, kitchenette and a cozy sofa bed invites you to linger. The covered outdoor seating area contributes to the idyll. Lake Störmthaler with its diverse leisure activities and swimming beach are a 10-minute walk. The proximity to Leipzig allows you to reach the city center as well as the trade fair in 15 minutes by car. There is also a connection to public transport.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall-out protection for infants can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided if needed. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also well equipped for the winter.

Relax on the sunny terrace of our stylish houseboat, enjoy home-cooked treats from the fully equipped kitchen, and dream in two comfortable box spring beds. Two SUPs are waiting for you to explore the Geiseltalsee. The fixed boat is the ideal starting point for adventure and recreation – on the water yet comfortable like a small home.
