Holiday rentals with beach access in Rotes Velles

The apartment was beautiful. Location wise it is the perfect spot whether walking from Deià or getting the bus further along the coast. The apartment felt peaceful and comfortable, and was well equipped for making simple meals. The kitchen only has one plug between toaster/kettle/electric hob/coffee machine but this wasn’t a problem for two people. Small nespresso machine (pods available in shop next door) was very useful. All in all perfect stay and would definitely come back - recommend walking from Valdemossa onto the ridge/into muntanya del voltor, taking the bus/walking to Soller and exploring Fornalutx, or swimming in Llucalcari. Views from the terrace were breathtaking and a relaxing spot to soak up the sun

This is a great place! We really enjoyed the servers at the resturant down stairs. It’s a beautiful place on the Mediterranean. Sergio always answered our questions and got back to us. I would come back here and recommended it Thank you so much Eva for this wonderful home that was shared with us❤️

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Good apartment in a nice town. Short drive to many nice beaches and restaurants. Would be better if soap and shampoo was provided.

Thank you! We loved this apartment! Perfect in every way! Walkable to everything. So nice having a washer and dryer. Supermarket very close. We enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony with a glass of wine before out for some great food (steps away). Fun hanging out at the beach all day!

We stayed in Alcudia for the spring break and absolutely loved it! Josep’s apartment is beautifully located, beach front with stunning views on the turquoise sea and white sand beach. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Josep was a lovely host, very proactive, helpful and flexible. He offered tips, clear instructions with pictures and provided recommendations proactively including updates (for ex. on closed roads during the recent bike race that helped us with planning). The apartment was very well equipped from cooking spices to dishwasher and laundry detergents, sponges, etc. Two bathrooms made it super easy for a family of 4 and the bedrooms, although small, were peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything was is a great condition and working flawlessly. The location is incredible, a stone throw away from gorgeous beach but also supermarkets. The sunny mornings on the terrace will stay in our memories for a long time. Thank you!

Our stay was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need and were pleased to find the house with more space than expected. The location can not be described. Peaceful. Views i couldn't imagine right from the balcony. Gloria had quick and friendly communication throughout. Close to hikes and ocean. Will stand out as the most magical stay in all of our travels. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

Sanama's Blue House is beautiful. It was located near a market, pharmacy, many restaurants and literaly steps away from the beach. You can also catch bus 35 from across the pharmacy and it takes you right by the Cathedral. Sanam communicated well and immediately with us when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again. The evening still along the coast were amazing too!!!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

Our stay was amazing. The house was absolutely beautiful. Great beaches within walking distances. We did cook a lot at the house, but we had everything we needed. Book it. So worth it. We would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. The interiors are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Silvia is a great host very responsive and friendly. The house is super cute and has everything you need for a staycation. The area is very walkable with the beach nearby and buses to Palma only minutes away. A supermarket also within walking distance which was handy as we ate in Silvia’s a few times. The bed was very comfy and the shower always had hot water. A tip for future visitors- hire a bike as the area has a wonderful cycle path into Palma and beyond.

Overall a great house. It is large and very clean. We especially appreciated the whirlpool. For the sauna, it was a little too warm for us in the beautiful weather. Sitting at the big table outside in the morning and evening was very cozy. The location is great, 2 minutes on foot to the Eroski and about 5 minutes to the very nice beach. We enjoyed the time very much. We would have liked a little more equipment in the kitchen (dishes, etc. are all rather scarce if you are there with 5-6 people), but we also got along well with it in the end :-). Antoni was always available and very helpful if something was missing. He also had a lot of information and tips about what's in the area. A good, very friendly host.

This place is a dream. Only a few minutes walk to your own private jump rock along with a shared pool. The views from the balcony and roof are simply stunning. Superb kitchen and entertaining area absolutely lovely place to spend the week in Mallorca couldn’t recommend any more!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

We had a great stay at Irina and David’s apartment. The location is unbeatable – right on Cala Marçal beach with stunning sea views and just steps from restaurants, a supermarket, and beach amenities. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with strong WiFi and good air conditioning. It was perfect for the two of us; it could feel a bit tight for two couples, but ideal for a couple or small family. The beach gear and umbrellas were a nice bonus. Irina and David were responsive and helpful throughout. The only downside was the lack of kitchen basics like salt, oil, or coffee. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommended!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We stayed in the apartment for a week with our family of four (incl. two small children) and absolutely loved it. The place is just as beautiful as advertised, I would say the garden is actually even prettier. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a well equipped kitchen, equipment for the beach, and there were even beach toys and other toys for our little ones to play with! The beach is really only a two- minute walk away and there are some nice restaurants at only a short drive. María was very friendly and gave us some nice recommendations. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
