One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Very well located accommodation outside of Paris. The RER station can be reached in 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the city after a 20-minute drive. Communication with the host is quick and uncomplicated, the accommodation (especially the kitchen) is very well equipped and the bathroom is modern. For Paris stays, where you want to leave the car without having to look for expensive guarded places, the accommodation is perfect.

The host was incredibly helpful, we didn’t speak much French but their English is amazing and they made sure we felt at home and comfortable!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Very responsive and friendly host. The Accommodation corresponds in every respect to the description. Very good point with the jacuzzi.

Pauline is really lovely and helpful. She made us feel right at home! More like staying with a friend. I highly recommend her place. It’s peaceful and really cute. Pauline makes navigating Paris really easy. It’s a bit further out but public transport is great and close by.

We had a very nice time in Paris in Mathias' apartment. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the metro station, from which you can reach the whole city. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine is really practical. We would definitely come again if we were to go to Paris again. Highly recommended! 🌸

We had a very good stay at Nellia's. Warm welcome and easy access with the key box at the entrance. The studio is well optimized and equipped with everything you need to cook (including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar). The milk as well as the coffee and tea pods left available are very appreciable. Please note that towels are also provided. The accommodation is well located, close to shops and parks in Gagny, and less than 10 minutes from the RER E train station. Convenient location for visiting Paris, even if it takes 30 to 40 minutes by RER to get to the tourist places of the city.

The accommodation is modern with all the necessary equipment with a bonus private parking space. I recommend it.

The apartment was perfect. It’s just as the pictures. If you’re travelling with a group or family, it could be the perfect solution. We had a vehicle so the parking worked out super easy for us, especially in Paris. The area where the apartment is super modern and new. We would stay there again for sure.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

The neighborhood of the airbnb was far and away the most spectacular choice for our trip to Paris. It is not too far from the main attractions by metro, but it is nestled in a true Parisian neighborhood with bakeries and boutiques on every block. Alain was so kind to let us arrive hours early and take a nap after our long flight in- so rare and generous! We felt very safe and as a bonus the espresso machine was amazing. Would come back again and again!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.
