The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Large spacious summerhouse view Roskilde Fjord

Large holiday home high on Tørslev Hage in Hornsherred. There are great views of Roskilde fjord, from the combined living dining room. Also nice view from the conservatory and the large barbecue space. There is a large parking space and a free-range grass court, where some people are able to activate. The house is installed with ventilation system with micro filter. the hot tub is equipped with large heater. On the ground floor there is table tennis , extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

60m2 Cottage in lovely quiet area for the cottage includes an annex of 12m2. The house is child-friendly with high chair, crib and baby travel bed, both baby and junior duvet, as well as some toys. 10 min to the bathing bridge and really good fishing opportunities in Vellerup Vig, which goes to be one of Zealand's best sea trout places. Well hilly terrain for the bike plates with many varied and hilly routes. Only a 15 minute drive to Hansen is a dairy sale, as well as a number of organic farm shops.

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året, fra 01. Oktober til 30. April er der tillæg for spa på 150,-/dag Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster
