South facing and patio on the front, with barbecue, in the morning and evening sun. 1500m to one of Sweden's best beaches and about 1400m to the center. About 30 minutes drive from Malmö and 2 minute walk from the bus stop with frequent departures.

In the garden, there is a jacuzzi, lovely lounge furniture,as well as barbecue, pizza oven and a wok pan. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds, and a room with a 90 bed. There are electric car chargers as well as parking. Car charging there is a charge. On the plot there is a newly built luxury guesthouse that can be rented if you wish. It is 10 minutes by bike to the beach

Welcome to our cozy newly renovated guest house with the beach less than 400 m away, close to forest, train station and a city center offering several stores and restaurants. It has its own separate entrance, dedicated outdoor area with table and chairs, separate bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds and a sleeping couch available. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost.

Downtown CPH is 15 min. away by metro. Get cooking in the kitchen or pick up nearby take-a-way and enjoy. Shower in the cool bathroom equipped with towels and other necessities.
