We had a great stay for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pool and back yard. It is a great spot to explore the Dolomites in general, but limited in terms of restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Easy parking in garage across the street. Lots of character and pictures accurately reflect unit, but unit needs to be thoroughly dusted. Overall, we had great experience.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We were on the road a lot, but we also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

A truly unique stay in the peaceful surroundings of the mountains, yet still conveniently close to town. The room was exceptionally well-equipped—with a perfect kitchen and a brand-new rainfall shower—making our active hiking holiday in the Dolomites feel effortless and comfortable. Highly recommended

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Sergio's place is a haven in a beautiful setting. In early June the refuge opposite wasn't open yet, so it was a very quiet little hamlet with deer wandering through the meadows. The house is as it appears - we were lucky that we only overlapped with the guests next door for a couple of days as all the outside space is really shared. Also the house itself was freezing, and perhaps should have been opened and aired before we arrived. But it was very clean, Sergio was very helpful and it's a lovely place to stay.

The house is perhaps 200 yards from the nearest other dwelling, up on the side of a hill, quite a way up, with beautiful views of the dolomites and down the valley. The house was well equipped and had a wonderful big wood stove for heat. There were hiking trails right out the front door as well as within relatively short drives away into the beautiful dolomites. Hiking here was a major draw for us. This is a peaceful, beautiful house that is not in the middle of amusements and restaurants although restaurants and two small grocery stores are just a short distance away. The host Manfred was very understanding and responsive. We absolutely did not want to leave.

The little mountain hut is made with so much love and passion that you can only feel comfortable. Romano has really thought of everything. There was also nothing lacking in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a really great vacation and we will definitely come back! There is only one thing to consider: you are not entirely alone. There was someone next door from time to time - but it never bothered me. This information can only be found in the description if you read it very carefully. Thank you, Romano!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The finca is a dream – especially the incredible terrace, where you could spend hours just relaxing and enjoying the view. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, always available, and very helpful. We felt completely at home and would love to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

We were guests at Peter's for the second time. It was beautiful again. Peter is very friendly, uncomplicated and was always easy to reach. The accommodation is perfectly located to walk into the city or to start hiking directly. We slept well and felt very comfortable.

We had a really great time! Everything corresponded to the descriptions, the breakfast was flexible in time and completely sufficient and the area is beautiful! Lorena is really a kind-hearted person and has great recommendations to offer and was always helpful! The journey is actually a bit more difficult, but you will be staying in a special place! The accommodation was really just as described in the photos. We needed a quiet and beautiful apartment to work in and Sara's Cottage was just the thing for us. If we needed anything, Sara was easily accessible and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back :).

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us right in the driveway when we arrived. There was also a delicious wine as a gift. The place is beautiful with a very well-kept garden and great views of Lake Garda. The pool as well as the apartment was very clean and always tidy. Unfortunately, there were a few small (not particularly disturbing) inconveniences: the curtains were very translucent, which made it directly bright in the room in the morning & the fridge (in the same room as the bed) is quite noisy. The lake is within walking distance, as is restaurants and bars. The only thing that may differ from the Airbnb descriptions is that in reality it's two apartments that they rent out. That means you may have to share the pool with other vacationers. Overall, we are very satisfied and would love to come back anytime.

We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!
