Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

We had a wonderful stay at Philip's place. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for four adults. Philip was easy to communicate with and even accommodated our request for an earlier check-in. We would stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. We had a wonderful stay at Art’s property in Montreal’s Plateau. The location was exceptional. Avenue Mont Royal was right on our doorstep and it was just a walk to the metro and beautiful Parc La Fontaine. The apartment is a renovated basement, so it’s half underground, but this didn’t bother us at all. Plenty of light and fresh air through the open windows. We would stay again.

It’s an awesome stay it won’t disappoint. Clean and spacious, the area was perfect as a bus runs close to the house. Overall the experience was worth it.

Great stay! The place was cozy and very clean. Also, close to lots of food spots. While we had everything we needed, the host was friendly and proactive and checked up on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Luckily, we found parking easily nearby but if you have a car, I would suggest looking into parking options ahead of your stay to lessen frustration. There’s street parking (though in busier months it might be harder to find a spot) but we found it a bit cheaper to park in a lot near-by. Overall, awesome place, would definitely stay with them again!

Staying at Clara place was nothing short of amazing. It’s a comfortable space for 2 people, with a well stocked kitchen if you love cooking. There’s also a washer and dryer which was a plus. Although it’s not exactly in the centre ville, there’s a metro nearby to get you around in about 30 minutes. There’s also a variety of restaurants nearby serving Asian, Spanish or Caribbean cuisines. The host also provides lots of recommendations of local and touristy spots to check out. Overall, Clara was responsive and very accommodating. Only thing to consider is noise from dump trucks early in the morning on some days which might disrupt your sleep (but choose the windows and use earplugs provided and you should be fine). Great stay, great host. I highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. It was only a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, with bus stops even closer. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night, making it a great place to recharge for our daily outings. We appreciated the thoughtful touches including the granola for breakfast, lovely scented candles & soap. We also had fun relaxing in front of the TV and playing with the bingo set (one of many available games & puzzles to choose from). The air conditioning provided a welcome reprieve from the heat, and we slept well. This is a very comfortable and relaxing home base from which to explore Montreal!

Carli was amazing, super helpful and very fast to respond to any questions. She made it easy. Truly a super host. The place is at the core of the best area in the plateau. The most restaurants, cafes and shops all surrounding the location. Walkable everywhere you go. I’d definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay with grocery stores and gas stations very close by. Julia was very responsive and the place felt right at home. Kids also loved the place. thanks a lot to Julia.

Awesome, quiet, and tidy. He is very welcoming to relax and good place to go skiing, Close to Montreal but in traffic jams.

Perfectly located apartment for a short (or even longer) stay in Montreal. Everything was within walking distance and incredibly convenient. Olivier was a great host!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean, fully equipped, and everything was in excellent condition. The location is also great — there are plenty of fantastic cafés and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a short distance to downtown and the old city. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space felt cozy and welcoming. Everything was just perfect!

Super responsive. I locked myself out by accident and she did not hesitate to help out. Condo is prestine with great amenities.

The apartment was just as described. Very helpful to have the parking space in back. I didn't cook or use the kitchen other than to make coffee. Bed was perfectly comfortable. Shower had great hot water. Location is very good, short walk to Joliette STM station; you can get around the city easily from there.

We LOVED our stay @ Eminé's place! Fully enjoying the place required a bit of confidence & ingenuity but Eminé was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We look forward to coming back. Bonus! The pictures don't do the decor justice/aren't up-to-date. As of May '25 the place was much posher.

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.
