Holiday rentals with a patio in Rosemont

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

The neighborhood was quiet. The house was pretty much as showing in the picture. The house has all the amenities we need.

Cute place! We're locals and got to stay for a week during our remodel. It's a great location in East Sac on a cute street--walking distance to some of our favorite stores and restaurants.

The stay at John’s place worked really well for our family (2 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs). Plenty of space and amenities! Additionally, there is a great neighborhood brewpub across the street and a beautiful park a couple blocks down. John was super easy to communicate with and friendly during our interactions. I would recommend his place and also stay there again.

The house was practically brand new and spotlessly clean. Although the neighborhood is still under construction, it didn’t affect our stay at all—in fact, our grandchildren loved watching the construction trucks in action! We were in town for a wedding at a nearby winery, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. With four adults and two little ones (ages two and four), we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space. It was also really handy having a Walmart just around the corner. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again!

The BEST neighborhood and such a lovely home! We loved cooking in the brand new kitchen and the house is filled with so much light! Very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood, that we enjoyed taking long walks in every day, and McKinley Park is super close! Erik has taken care of every amenity and we lacked nothing. We felt at home so much that we kept extending our stay past a month and never wanted to leave! We will refer all our family that want to visit and will back again for another staycation in a luxurious home away from home! Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Nicole’s home was perfect for our stay! Very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast on the covered patio out back. Beds were very comfortable and the location was close to shopping, great restaurants and parks. We would definitely stay again if ever in Folsom or the Sacramento area!

A lovely small house for the weekend! There was mini splits in each room which is HUGE for the Sacramento heat. Would definitely stay here again.
