Private up north cottage with large double lot and woods on either side giving excellent privacy and relaxation. Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Escape to beautiful Higgins Lake and relax at our spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath home. Enjoy lake access with our shared dock at the end of the street, only 6 houses down (1 minute walk). Take chairs out to the dock, tie up a raft, etc. The water is perfect for wading! No overnight mooring allowed. Relax on the deck, gather ‘round the fire pit, play cornhole, enjoy the pool table in the game room or hang out in the garage playing ping pong or cards. 1 mile from South Higgins State Park.
