Apartment holiday rentals in Roscommon

A really lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a superb location looking directly out onto the Shannon. A nice quiet spot with Glancy's Bar close by and the rest of Carrick just a short walk over the bridge. The apartment is immaculate and very stylish and Susan left us with fresh milk, orange juice, chocolate, tea, coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and plenty of storage space. Contact with Susan was great, initially using Airbnb messaging and then by phone and whats-app. She also left us a list of pubs, restaurants and things to do. We thought the cost was quite high but it's not bad when split between the 5 of us and it's on a par with whatever else is available in Carrick - and we were lucky to get it because there wasn't that much available - Carrick is a very popular place! Overall we had a fantastic stay, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Susan and would look forward to staying again if we return.

We had a great weekend in Carrick on Shannon. Chris' place was bright, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Hope to go back sometime for a weekend break.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay – it was truly a welcoming experience! The location of the house is ideal for visiting all the main attractions in Sligo and is very well connected to the city. Anne was incredibly responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay – she helped us a lot in exploring Sligo and making the most of our trip. What made the stay even more special was the warm hospitality from the hosts, along with the lovely company of Will (dog) and Lexie (Cat). We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay!

Great place, ideal for a couple exploring Athlone and the surrounding areas. The guys were super responsive and all information was to hand. Very cool LED light features and an amazing shower!!

Had a great time at Nadias, the apartment was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. we felt very at home and was in walking distance to the town. cant wait to stay again

Loretta’s guesthouse is very high level quality for Airbnb. I have stayed in many Airbnbs but none were anywhere near as good as this one. It is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it enough justice. It is extremely clean, practical and beautiful. Loretto is an extremely welcoming host. What a pleasure to have met her. I can understand the previous reviews where someone said she didn’t want to leave. The bed is very comfy and made up with exquisite linen. The sitting/sun room looks out onto the well kept garden. A pure slice of heaven. We HIGHLY recommend it. 🌸🌼

We loved staying here. So peaceful, quite and had Horses, donkeys, and cattle close by. Very close to Shop's, Pubs, and amenities. Would strongly recomend for a time away.

The location is great it’s right beside restaurants and bars, everything is within walkable distance. The airbnb was exactly as described and Fiona was very helpful and responsive and she even provided a list of local things to do. Highly recommend!

Hi, We work in the Leitrim, Roscommon and Sligo the location in Carrick is fantastic, all amenities are within walking distance, secure parking. The check in and out were easy and very quick and all of the staff were friendly and willing to help. We got delayed checking out and the staff were great and gave us the extra time with no issues. Perfect place for a central stay in Carrick on Shannon, no frills but had everything we needed for our stay. We'll be back again.

What a find. this apartment is very central and you can walk everywhere in the town from it. the apartment is really big and well laid out. everything was spotless. there were lots of nice touches like lots of cold bottled water in the fridge, some snacks on the counter, and nice furnishings. we were a big group but it was a great size for the 7 of us. I highly recommend this place and I'd love to come back again.

We arrived to attend a local wedding and Shane’s family went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would highly recommend staying there and we will definitely return.

Mary is a lovely host, responds quickly and gave us recommendations on where to eat. She checked in throughout our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable with nice views.

Have been staying and working in this area for a few weeks and so this apartment is perfect. It’s really clean and private, with easy check in and everything you could need. The host is communicative and quick to reply to queries. Would recommend a stay here! ☺️
