It was a wonderful vacation, the house is very cozy and stylish, it has everything you need for a holiday. Located in a very picturesque location, gorgeous nature around...forest, air, not far from the lake! Communication with Martins was wonderful, responded to all messages at once and helped in resolving our issues!

Lovely little house, but still very spacious. The house has all the facilities, comfy sofas, large TV, all kitchen appliances, literally everything needed not just for a short stay, but for a proper long stay with a family etc. Location is perfect, 15 min walking to the sea, 5 min walking to a local store, 25 min driving to central Riga. Definitely recommend!

The place was amazing for a large group! It has a beautiful front yard and a large dining room/living room area inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were pleasantly surprised by both the house itself and the surrounding area – a very cozy, clean and comfortable environment to enjoy peace and relaxation. There are many beautiful places to walk and enjoy nature in the area, which made our stay even more special. An amazing weekend getaway house. It’s modern and beautiful, as well as the surrounding area. The sauna is top notch, the little pond was perfect for an after-sauna dip. The owner Elina was really welcoming, straight forward and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

Eriks made the place for himself, sooo its built with love and care and you can really feel it! Amazing sauna with massive wood. All brand new. Definitely will come back! Recommended!

Will definitely choose to stay again when I go to Riga. The view of VEF cultural centre is fantastic, makes you feel like VVIP of cultural appreciation and also the trees outside are very beautiful. Parking is great. Only little piece of advice is to Google Maps to VEF centre instead of the actual address as the only way in by car is to reach the small road and then cross tram tracks.. which can be confusing for a tourist. The apartment is a great choice – clean, comfortable, and located in a good area. It’s close to the city center, with shops and public transport just a short walk away. The host was always available and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Great location close to the old city, central station, food and shopping. Renovated apartment in a beautiful old building. It had every thing we needed. It was very clean and the continuation with the host is excellent. Would definitely come back.

Martin's apartment is as pictured and described. Everything necessary was available and clean. The apartment is well located to reach the old town and also the train station on foot. Martin was always easy to reach and responded quickly, kindly and helpful. We would keep returning and can only recommend Martin as a host and his apartment.

Maris' flat is lovely and very thoughtfully decorated, you can really tell that time and effort went into making it such a cool space. It's in a good location, not far from a main street with cafes and restaurants and it's walkable into the old town or you can get a 5 minute taxi if needed. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful and felt very homely. It is on the fifth floor with no lift so that's something to bear in mind.

A beautifully decorated apartment, with all possible amenites supplied. It was very clean and within easy walking distance of all the Old Town sights, and had an included parking spot in the secure courtyard. The hosts were marvelous, and very pro-active, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were there when the weather was a bit changeable, and the apartment doesn't get too much natural light, but we didn't find this a problem. We were greeted with a host of complementary drinks in the fridge, and numerous sweets, and this was a real highlight. Highly recommended.

It was a nice stay in Riga and Toni was very friendly and responded quickly. I was even allowed to stay in the apartment longer on the day of departure. Which was very accommodating to me. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city. The place is quiet and clean. I'd come back.
