This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

We stayed in this house for three days with a group of friends and were absolutely delighted! The house is bright, clean, very cozy and tastefully equipped. The location is great: close to the airport and the center of Jurmala, while quiet and peaceful. The area is well-maintained, with a beautiful garden, a grill and a summer kitchen — an ideal place to relax in the fresh air. Inside there is everything you need: dishes, towels, toilet and kitchen utensils, even small things like cotton pads and dishwasher tablets — everything is provided to the smallest detail. The pool is warm (24–25 degrees), the sauna is large, well-maintained. We used it twice a day, and the water and electricity bill was pleasantly surprising — it turned out to be very small. The house has beautiful noise insulation — even loud music does not interfere with those who relax in another room. The layout is very convenient, no one disturbed anyone, even when there were guests. Special thanks to the hostess of the house — Iveta. The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.

Zane is a great and caring host. She quickly responded to all my questions. Her place is lovely and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep full meals for 7 people. Sauna and hot tub were great. Loved the forest location. It was a perfect mix of cozy, relaxing, calming, interesting. You can make both fun events and calm retreats here. I would be happy to return. It was a wonderful vacation, the house is very cozy and stylish, it has everything you need for a holiday. Located in a very picturesque location, gorgeous nature around...forest, air, not far from the lake! Communication with Martins was wonderful, responded to all messages at once and helped in resolving our issues!

Lovely little house, but still very spacious. The house has all the facilities, comfy sofas, large TV, all kitchen appliances, literally everything needed not just for a short stay, but for a proper long stay with a family etc. Location is perfect, 15 min walking to the sea, 5 min walking to a local store, 25 min driving to central Riga. Definitely recommend!

The place was amazing for a large group! It has a beautiful front yard and a large dining room/living room area inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were pleasantly surprised by both the house itself and the surrounding area – a very cozy, clean and comfortable environment to enjoy peace and relaxation.
