If you feel like going out you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Lafave Park and the swimming beach are 2 blocks away. There are tennis courts, a basketball court and an outdoor hockey rink with warming house (winter) across the street. Restaurants and the downtown shopping are area within walking distance.

During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

Our home is located about 4 miles North of Baudette. Located close to all the amenities town has to offer, while also being just minutes from Lake of The Woods. Relax by the fire after a long day on the ice, or in the boat. Enjoy the spacious kitchen to whip up the days catch. Wind down with a game of pool for the evening.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.
