The place was spotless and homey with everything you need to cook, and clean. It’s such a great place to come with either your friends and family.

I had a lovely stay at Lauren's home. As other reviewers have noted, it is such a peaceful, warm place in the middle of the city, with easy uber/car access to everything that you need (I rarely waited more than 2-3 minutes for an uber). The garden area is so peaceful, the home is very well equipped, and Lauren is very responsive and helpful.

A last minute find that turned out to be exactly what my mom and I needed to be close to the Linksfield hospital. Daniel provided all the relevant information and videos to make it easier to access the home. Thank you !

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

James' house located in a very safe neighborhood, considering this is our first time in South Africa, this is necessary to make us feel good, plus we're travelling with 3 small kids. The house is spacey, have everything we need, comfortable, though a little cold during wintertime as it doesn't have central heating, but for adults it's manageable. Distance is also great if you have a car, which is mandatory for Joburg in my opinion. James is also very friendly and responsive, answers to questions whenever he is available, so this was a great find :)

Sinekesenkosi’s place lived up to our expectations 100%. Felt like home. There are new amenities that should be added to the list that are in the place. But wouldn’t complain at all. I had planned a surprise for my bf and he made sure I was set and ready for that. He tried to get me people to help decorate and that was so heartwarming to me. I appreciate the warm hospitality. Would recommend this place to everyone. We are coming back once again for sure. 👍

As advertised, this is indeed an oasis in busy Johannesburg! The directions were very clear, location was easy to find, and check in was easy. The space itself is lovely - spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. Little details like lovely shampoo, conditioner, and soap and the kitchen being pre-stocked with coffee, eggs, butter, milk, and all sorts of spices for cooking made us feel right at home. This is one of the best AirBNBs I've been to from an attention to detail perspective. The garden is also lovely, and the cottage is very private and secure. The location is fantastic - close to everything from Sandton to Parkhurst to Zoo Lake. Liza was proactive and friendly with communication, and has really put the time into making sure that we were safe and comfortable.

This is the best place l have stayed, a home away from home. The Host literally the best. i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Side note, the place feels very safe and security is tight. Loooove it and definitely coming back

From the moment you walk into the apratment, you are greeted with a beautiful fresh floral aroma, that brings a comforting smile to your face as you enter the spotless, well designed loft apartment. Tracy-Lee, is an amazing host as her attention to detail is accurate and well thought out. She is attentive if needed and very good at giving advice on places to go and things to see if needed. The furniture, the colour theme, the spacious environment , and the clean kitchen and bathroom, make this place feel safe, comfortable and welcomed. This place is a hidden gem, and worth every penny. I truly believe that the interior design within the space adds something unique to the experience, as the layout of the the pieces fit neatly and conveniently together, making you feel right at home. Everything about the apartment space suits my needs beautifully and I will definitely be staying again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay!! I only wish that I could had stayed longer, but it was completely booked. Which is not a bad issue since the place is in high demand. The place is very secure, clean and well kept. I highly recommend this AirBnB. Thanks

This is a gem apartment. We stayed over a weekend and it was perfect. Very comfortable, spacious enough for 3-4 people and in a great location. Check in was super easy and would certainly stay here again :)

Courtney was kind and considerate. I wanted an early check-in and as the initial cottage was not read she allowed me to stay in the second room and accommodated my 10am arrived. I was extremely grateful. she was also extremely communicative and friendly throughout. thank you Courtney 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Tia and Mandy’s place. Both hosts were always very responsive and immediately took action if anything required it (which there was very little need for). The location of this studio apartment is also perfect for someone that needs to be close to amenities like a pharmacy, great restaurants and grocery stores. I had friendly neighbors and the security at the complex is top notch. Please note that the washing machine is not in the unit but within a laundry room in the complex. I wont hesitate to recommend this little gem to anyone needing a weekend away or a short stay with all the comforts of home.

Louise was communicative and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and within walking distance to the Dainfern Mall. Stunning kitchen! Only small incident for me was that the gate to the complex is within the shopping center bounds, so an additional ticket was required to enter - no cost but it took a while before I found the exact entrance from Ways directions. Very tight security which is a welcome in JHB and Louise even provided helpful information should Uber or take-aways be used. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay in a very safe and fun area. Walkable to many good restaurants and shops including grocery store and a pharmacy. Hosts were very responsive and accommodated our late check out request. Great set up for TV watching.

Beautifully appointed apartment with the the character and charm not on offer by any other properties I viewed in the area. Building is French chateau style. Beautiful interior shutters carried that feel inside. Real fire place with wood and lighters laid on. Generous starter provisions left for the visitor including Nespresso pods.

From the moment we arrived, Louise was available to check us in and explain about the accommodation. She was very responsive to messages, and the studio was well stocked for self catering and for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Louise’s place for anyone looking to stay in Joburg.
