Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Small but cozy apartment in a beautiful area, you go out and you are in a medieval village, you take a short walk and you are having breakfast by the lake. Anguillara is also connected to Rome by train, in half an hour you are at the station of San Pietro, logistically an ideal solution. Simona is kind, responsive and precise. I recommend her.

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

We were only staying for a short visit on our last day before we flew out of Rome., but the place and area was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. Paolo was very welcoming and friendly. He booked us reservations at a local restaurant and allowed the kids to play on the property. The place was beautiful, clean and had all the ammenities one would need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we hope we can come back again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at Barbara's place with my husband and 2 year old son. The house was wonderful, traditional, well kept and with everything you would need for a very pleasant stay. The location is stunning, with beautiful views from the house and from many vantage points around the old town. It was so peaceful and the local people very friendly. Barbara herself was an amazing host who went above and beyond to give us suggestions for routes into Rome, sights to see and the best places to eat. She was so responsive and we didnt need to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful stay outside the fantastic yet exhausting chaos of Rome!

Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location, a few steps from the subway. Everything is furnished with taste and attention to detail, with recent finishes and in light and pleasant shades. The kitchen is spacious and really well equipped, with high-quality utensils, dishes and appliances. The bed is comfortable, with clean and comfortable linen, and the bathroom is spacious and well-kept. The entire apartment was impeccably clean, tidy and welcoming. Andrea was an exceptional host: kind, helpful and always ready to help us with useful advice. We really felt at home.

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

Had the best stay at Enrico's place!!! Beautiful gardens, pool, views and more 😍 We wanted to BBQ one night and Domenico prepared the bigger house's BBQ for us since this place doesn't have one, which was so kind!! Very nice donkeys, cat and dogs too ❤️ Will be back 1000%!

We were lucky to stay with our children at Jette's property surrounded by olive trees, a large and beautiful swimming pool, flowers and a view that cannot be compared to anything else. Jette and Antonio were friendly hosts where they welcomed us late at night with open arms and with great hospitality. We communicated well in advance and started the first breakfast with homemade apricot jam and bread that they were kind enough to fix for us before arrival. We wanted to experience the authentic Italy, which we absolutely did in terms of area, culture and food - all based on tips from Jette and her husband. We highly recommend this place, we will be back soon 😊

What a fabulous host & apartment to match! Fabrizio met us upon arrival & could not have been more helpful! The apartment was spotless & a few welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch. All major tourist attractions were within walking distance - the Spanish steps less than 5 minutes away & the Vatican the furthest away - only 30 minutes. The air conditioning was very welcome during the 32 degree heat we were lucky enough to have. We loved our stay in Rome; we will definitely be back & would make sure we stayed here again! Bellisama!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. My wife and I were in Rome for a celebration and Martina went above and beyond with special treats and gifts waiting for us. We didn't meet Martina in person for check in as she was working but she was in contact with us through e-mail. Martina's mother met us at the apartment instead and gave us a thorough check in. She was absolutely lovely. The apartment itself is wonderful and has the added bonus of aircon and a gorgeous terrace to relax on and enjoy the views. It has a well equipped kitchen and the apartment is a good size. The metro is a short walk from the apartment and is very easy to use. You can be in the city centre in just a short time. All of the Rome attractions are easy to get to using either bus or metro from the apartment. All in all we has the most wonderful holiday.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We were very nicely received by Mira, who explained and showed us everything important. There is a private garage. The apartment is super clean, super large. Also a very large terrace with the possibility to book the Jacuzzi. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The coffee was super delicious. Stefania was quick to reach and able to answer all questions. Our highlights: Large shopping center directly opposite, bus stop in front of the door (in 50 minutes for €1.50 by bus/train to Rome) great restaurant right next door QB Bracceria we can recommend. We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Pleasant stay. It has no kitchen, so you depend on the restaurant of the place and it is limited for long stays. We stayed one night, so it was perfect
