Wow!!! Unbelievable experience and location. I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back. Lorenzo was the kindest and most helpful Airbnb host and we felt right at home.

Fantastic peaceful location. We stayed here for 2 nights to recharge whilst driving from the UK to Spain. It was exactly as described. The rooms were great, upstairs very comfortable and the views were lovely. Unrestricted hot tub time was a bonus considering we arrived at 11pm after a long day of driving. The pool was refreshing, not heated but it wasn’t needed as it was the perfect temperature. Very innovative. Only one remark: The key to the property was supposed to be an electric tag but they hadn’t told us this was not working and due to be fixed. Therefore when we went out for the day we had to leave the property unlocked. Obviously concerning but the location was very safe. I’m sure others would remove one star due to this, but there was so many positives about this place it would be unfair to lower the rating.

We spent a night with my parents in this charming old farmhouse in the heart of the Basque Country. Surrounded by greenery, horses, cows and sheep, we were completely disoriented, a real breath of fresh air in the countryside! The accommodation is very cute and the environment soothing. The host was very welcoming: he received us in person and even offered us Basque pâté, a delicate attention that touched us a lot, thank you very much!

Very nice and well located accommodation, perfect for discovering the area which offers many activities. The hosts were welcoming and available. A beautiful place to enjoy the area in peace!

The description is accurate. As a couple, we spent 3 nights and enjoyed a good part of a day at the accommodation and its peaceful exterior, with very little facing each other. Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we hope to be back soon with a little more time!!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a great time. Bodgan is very welcoming, attentive and discreet. We slept very well, the accommodation was really impeccable both in terms of cleanliness and quality. Very nice garden, very pleasant to have meals under the gazebo, on the terrace or in the summer kitchen according to your desires. Bogdan can provide very good advice, whether for restaurants, places to see or the region. We enjoyed the moments of exchange with him, and as these 4 days passed very quickly, we will have to come back to enjoy these pleasant moments

Very nice accommodation that matched the listing well: clean, functional and located in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the simplicity of the welcome and the communication with the host, which was clear and efficient. Special mention for the pool and spa, which were really great! Perfect for relaxing after a good day. Our dog was also well accepted, which was a real plus for us. The surroundings offer good spaces for beautiful hikes.

Fantastic house!!!! Very attentive Albert and Helene, solving anything at the moment. Upon our arrival they welcomed us with homemade jam, a very good pate and eggs from their beloved chickens that sipped our puppy... I recommend this history-filled home with a fabulous setting, surrounded by charming villages. The house and setting are much better than the pictures. We will definitely repeat. Best regards.

Jérôme and Elise are very welcoming, attentive and responsive hosts. We had a great stay, cut off from the world in the heart of Béarn. It's the perfect place to turn off your phones and get back to the simple things. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The aperitif board was a nice surprise for the end of our stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed here as a stopover on our way back from Spain, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long drive. We brought our two dogs with us, and they settled in straight away. It’s a peaceful, welcoming place that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

A big thank you to Chantal and her husband for their rare friendly welcome, their precious advice that allowed us to spend 3 incredible days in the region, and their pleasant house in which everything was done to make us feel at home. The furniture is great, a beautiful terrace/garden to spend meals or evenings, everything was clean and the house well-equipped. Chantal makes sure her guests have everything they need! The building is amazingly located and has breathtaking views. A recent conversion from a barn into a 3 bedroom - with a wide open ground floor. The hamlet of Grust is perched on the mountainside above Luz Saint Saveur. 10 minute drive or 1 hour walk to town where there are a bunch of restaurants, grocery shopping, gas etc. Lots of hiking trails - both starting on foot from the house or within easy driving distance to the trailhead. Only caveat - google maps will direct you to take a route through tiny village streets D149 -Bayen-D212. This is pretty challenging driving especially with a larger vehicle. We continued on D921 to d12. Once you get to the hamlet -the barn is right in front of the city hall (Mairie) We would love to come back and spend more time. The house and the terrace are well worth a 2nd trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central to the coast, the mountains, lots of walks and villages with good food and interesting history. Very nicely furnished and everything we needed. It is always a good sign when the kitchen knives are nice and sharp! We really appreciated Jackie’s help .
