If you are thinking of staying here, do it! This is an amazing home and somehow even better in person. It’s very close to the train station (we walked it with a baby and luggage and had no issue. No steep incline and mostly paved). Jacuzzi spa, sauna and laundry in the basement. Tucked away on a quiet street but right in the middle of town (next to the oldest hotel in zermatt). Marc was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. This spot is more of a 5 star hotel with the extra space and private amenities. We would come back in a heartbeat. Beyond impressed. There’s a reason why the reviews are all glowing.

this is a hit for a reason. the chalet is exactly how a chalet should be: a big shared living space with a wonderful panomaric view of the surroundings combined with cosy cocoony bedrooms with fantastic bedding and a great bathroom. top this up with an outdoor jacuzzi which works like a charm thank you Fabrice for trusting us with your home!

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. They’re the kind of people who remind you that there’s still so much goodness in the world, the kind you can count on, even as strangers. Great location right on the lake. Wonderful amenities. Directly across from the Villette VD train stop. The house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The views were amazing. My husband, myself, daughter and son in law had plenty of room. It was great to be able to have a full kitchen too. Incredible trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A beautiful apartment located in a central location for all outdoor lovers! We hiked nearly every day and used the bus system. It was so convenient. Just a beautiful location and beautiful home to stay in. Thank you !!! ☺️

The apartment is very conveniently located. Close to the station and the city center. The apartment is clean and tidy. The host responded quickly and was very helpful with the registration of the travel card. The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator, but we were warned about this in advance. Overall, I liked everything, thank you!

We had a great time staying here. The views are amazing and the cabin is very cosy, very well laid out and really well equipped for cooking as well as with games, books, maps and activities for children. We visited in early June which was a great time with lots of lovely alpine flowers. Most of the walking routes were accessible although there was still quite a bit of snow on some of the higher paths in the area. Just to point out since we didn't realise, Swiss plugs are different to those in many other European countries and so you need to bring the correct adaptors if coming from outside Switzerland. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Marie-Cecile and Tomas were such lovely hosts and they obliged certain extra requests to make our stay extremely comfortable. The village is beautiful, well connected and has plenty to do if you like hiking and absorbing the views. A great place to soak in nature, very comfortable for 3 people. A Memorable Stay on Isola Bella Spending the day on Isola Bella was a truly memorable experience. The setting is steeped in history and natural beauty, and staying on the island felt like a quiet adventure in itself. From the serene views of Lake Maggiore to the timeless charm of the surroundings, everything contributed to a peaceful and reflective atmosphere. An ideal retreat for anyone seeking a unique and enriching escape.

It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Interlaken West Station, so the location is really great. The accommodation itself is so beautiful, and the river flows next to it, so the view from the terrace is really beautiful. The luggage storage service is a separate warehouse next to the accommodation, and there is no separate lock in the warehouse itself, so if you are anxious, we recommend bringing a lock or lock separately. We just left it there, but there was no problem. The interior of the accommodation was also neat and nice overall. However, we stayed for 3 nights, and I only gave one bath towel per person, one medium-sized towel, and one hand towel, so I asked if I could get more, but the courtyard was fluffy, and it was very fluffy.. haha (I gave plenty of towels for just two nights elsewhere) In the end, I received extra towels, but when I gave them towels, I suddenly just opened the door without a knock and came in. If you want to stay here for more than 2 nights, please bring plenty of towels ~! ~! ~! Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything else.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of five (one infant). It has a separate entrance for guests and dedicated parking space. Kitchen is complete with all the appliances & utensils. Elisabeth was super nice and friendly. She brought our kids to see the animals and they love it. She provided some groceries n chocolate and she even baked bread for us. hopefully we have the opportunity to stay here again.

What an amazing place, complete with everything you could possibly need, and the best host, Bendrie - whose warm smile and friendly demeanor invites you to feel immediately at home. Mimi the cat also helped with that. The space was more than enough for 3 couples to share, buy we were only 3 in total so we enjoyed spreading out and soaking up the views from the balconies. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend the hike to Lac Taney as well, which is conveniently on your doorstep. Also, loved the drive up and down the mountain. A perfect experience for my sister and niece to experience Switzerland for the first time. Truly unforgettable.

The accommodation, the environment and the neighborhood were what we remembered most from this stay! We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Very spacious house for us, a group of 8 adults. We each have our favorite spots inside the house or outside Jacuzzi or balcony watching the Matterhorn changing colors during the day. Taxi is able to drop us off at the lift to the house, so no train and dragging luggages required. Everything is perfect. We are so glad that we chose this house.

Very nice accommodation with pool, well located!

Christine was very helpful and thoughtful in making our stay as pleasant as possible. The home was equipped with activities and toys to keep our little daughter engaged which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.

We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to spend a few relaxing days. We felt right at home. The children enjoyed the play possibilities and were allowed to feed the deer. It was great!
