Private parking available. Fitted and equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and 1 toilet with sink. 1 ground floor bedroom with 140 bed 1 upstairs bedroom with 160 bed and 2-seater sofa bed. Baby equipment available on request. Linens and towels provided for stays of 2 nights or more.

Located on the first floor of our old barn, the ammonite is a small equipped and air-conditioned apartment ready to welcome you. An entrance and private parking are allocated to you for your stay. For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.

La Marceline Nature and Comfort gîte

Our cottage La Marceline, furnished in 2020, is located in a detached house facing south, open to a beautiful wooded area, in the heart of a small village. The living area of 60 m2 for 2 people consists of a very bright kitchen-living area, a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In front of the house, a courtyard is available as well as a parking lot. For your short or longer stays, vacation or professional, you will find peace and comfort here!

The Alley House

Come and relax in a typical country house in the countryside, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. 10 min from shops (Super U, bakery, etc.). The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

La Petite Maison is the perfect place for couples, singles or small families to come and enjoy a traditional French holiday.

The Perfect Retreat - Gite shared pool

Tiny gite attached to my bungalow that I let to couples looking for a peaceful setting to enjoy the woodland walks, use of swimming pool and private outdoor area. Small double bedroom, curtain to sitting area, small kitchenette and shower and toilet.
