Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rollag Municipality

We were super happy with the stay. The cabin is located overlooking the piste as well as a view from the terrace to Gaustatoppen. We recommend Mathias' cabin due to the location, also a lovely spacious cabin. Mathiass is very friendly and service-minded and great at helping with recommendations regarding the area.

I stayed at Terje’s place with my three daughters for a ski holiday at Gausta and found the place to perfect. We liked staying in Rjukan and simply using the shuttle bus to the skiing center instead of staying at an overpriced and generic hut or hotel. Terje was super proactive, service minded and friendly. Big recommendation!

We had an amazing New Year's Eve celebration at Marianne's cabin. We were 3 couples who rented the cabin over two days. It was an incredibly cozy cabin with lots of opportunities for firing that made it even more cozy! Marianne was incredibly helpful and responded to messages right away. She even helped us find a newly established sauna in Krøderen that we got to rent. It was an incredible service! Thanks for this time😊🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, with a stunning view of the nearby waterfall — truly a treat to wake up to. The amenities were top-notch: we enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi, unwinding in the massage chair, and having fun with the table tennis setup. There were plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained too. Grilling outside was a highlight of our trip, and the whole experience felt peaceful and private. The location is also perfect — very close to Gaustatoppen, which made our outings convenient and scenic. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature!

Great house, Open plan lounge with fire which was a lovely treat after a long day, great lounging space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were large , comfy, and quiet, lovely hot shower. The house was just perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Emils instructions were spot on and finding the correct parking that suited us was easy based on his pictures and comments to us.

It was a great pleasure staying at Mat’s place. Felt just right at home.

I highly recommend Mette's place, it very spacious with everything you could want. Mette is generous, kind and always ready to help. The view from the balconies is outstanding. if you are walking, it is 20mins from the train station and 10mins is uphill. Also you are in the middle of a 3 story building, and sometimes you will hear people walking around upstairs. Neither of these worried us, I only mention this in passing. They in no detracted from our experience. 5 stars all round. Thank you Mette.

Very nice apartment with a super location on the slopes. Morten met at even upon arrival, gentle and pleasant with simple good instructions. Couldn't think of staying anywhere else on Norefjell and would love to come back. Highly recommend :-)

Great stay in a great location! The apartment had everything we needed. With a very short way to the ski slope, the kids could run a little alone in the plate lift right next door, while we adults dressed and got ready for the day. Short driving distance to grocery store. We had a great time and would love to come back!

We had an amazing winter week in the cabin. There is a cross-country track right outside and if you take the car 15 minutes to Vegglifjell there are more trails and downhill skiing. The cottage is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

We spent a wonderful few days in Nina's cabin. What a charming place. We immediately fell in love with the little artistic things you find everywhere in the hut. The view is magnificent and it is for sure a great starting point for cross-country skiing. Communication with Nina was uncomplicated and very warm. We can highly recommend a visit.

A bright and stylish cabin, located undisturbed in a pleasant area. The cabin was well equipped and had plenty of room for the things we brought. We would love to come back to explore the area in winter time as well.

We had an amazing experience at Hilde's cabin. Lovely surroundings in winter, the cabin was well equipped and very charming. Hilde responded quickly and was both flexible and accessible. The neighbors were also very helpful and flooded when we were stuck in the snow with the car. Hilde's home highly recommended!

We were 5 adults and 3 children aged 1.5 - 5 years. Lots of toys for the children inside and the cabin had both sledding and sledding opportunities outside. The annex was perfect for us grandparents. Great skiing conditions. The cabin was very well equipped, warm and comfortable. Nothing to put your finger on.

I took our 3 and 6 year old boys to Christina's cabin during the winter holidays, and we had six nice days with a combination of coziness and tranquility from the wood-burning stove and candles, and active outdoor time. A cozy cabin, close ski slopes and hiking terrain. Christina was very pleasant to communicate with, and responded quickly to messages with accurate and good information. Highly recommended for those who want peace and quiet, in a cabin with cozy and simple standards.
