Holiday rentals with a patio in Roldán

Fede behaved wonderfully, gave us all the necessary information about the apartment, answered right away and was always ready to help. The apartment is super clean, the mattress and pillows are in excellent condition to rest comfortably. It had a variety of utensils. A place I would rent again, totally recommended.

Place was clean and had new working appliances, only issue was construction noise from next door in the mornings. I wake up early so it's not a big problem but could be an issue if you sleep late.

The stay was spotless. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and as seen in the photos (even nicer!). It has a private patio that adds a lot and is something that few places offer. Everything was clean and cared for in every detail. The host was very kind, always available and flexible with the checkout schedule, which made everything easier. I would definitely love to come back. I highly recommend it.

It was a short but perfect stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, it was spotless, all new. It has a private patio with spectacular grill! And Adriana and her husband were super kind and helpful!

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and in the description. It can comfortably accommodate seven people. The rooms and the living room have A/C and ceiling fans and all beds have new mattresses. The park, pool and barbecue are excellent. Communication with Mauritius was very smooth. There is a super well stocked and with good prices 450 meters away, and the community drinking water tank is 50 meters away. We would definitely come back!

Excellent home-fifth with very good prior relationship/quality in the Funes neighborhood. Very comfortable place to stay in the quiet area. The communication with the host was very good and simple. Highly recommended.

I was in contact with the co-owner (Zoraida). Everything was excellent, from the predisposition to the way she welcomed us. Without being obligated, she waited for us with fruit and cold water in the refrigerator. The apartment is very well laid out and very comfortable. One small detail, and just a personal preference, it could use a TV, but we were always comfortable in every way. On the corner there is a SUPER COMPLETE store. Very good energy in the environment, I recommend it!

The apartament is tiny but beautiful and comfortable, ideally for short stays. Located in Pichincha’s heart, you can walk nearby and go to several bars there.

The apartment is a comfortable single environment, with what you need to feel good. Modern. If true, as other assuarios comment that the chairs are uncomfortable, because they are low for a normal table and what they have here is a high breakfast. It's not comfortable to work, which is what I needed. Everything else is ok. Communication with Oscar was smooth by wp. Unfortunately going to fetch the key to the place they indicate is contramano if you are not in the car, but it is still worth it for the price of the depto. Cute area.

Everything is spotless! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, bright and clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from both balconies is spectacular to enjoy the sunsets in the city. It is located at an ideal point to go out to eat or have a rich coffee. Ignacio was a great host! Very warm, attentive and respectful of us from the moment we booked. We have no doubt that we will be back on our next visit to Rosario!
