17thC Barn in a Vineyard

GeorgeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a much needed break for my wife and I. This part of Devon is stunning Knowstone is gorgeous. Debbie and her husband were welcoming and helpful. I look forward to the first vintage from their fledgling vineyard. The Michelin starred Mason's Arms was a joy for our evening meal. Get to that pub while you can as they are looking for a buyer. All highly recommended.

Pebbles seaside cottage

BarbaraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay at Pebbles. Cathy was very responsive to my questions prior to arriving. Cathy's husband popped in to ensure we were OK, this was really useful as we had some questions about the locality, having never visited Watchet before. Pebbles is a lovely terraced cottage, which overlooks the sea at the back. It is comfortable and in a great location to explore Watchet. The beach the cottage overlooks is rocky, which was great for us as could take our dog on the beach every morning, even when the tide is in the dog could sniff around. The town of Watchet is charming, it has a historic harbour, with a weekly market on Wednesday's. There are coastal paths to follow, we walked from Watchet to Blue Anchor and then got the steam train back. We went to Dunster Castle, we couldn't actually go in as have a dog but the grounds are beautiful, and there are other lovely walks, the parking is free at Dunster Castle if you are a National Trust member, you can also walk into the village.

Modern Apartment in an 18th Century Cottage

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Really amazing place to stay in along the coast in Exmoor. Location was fantastic with local paths and trails from the door as well as few minutes drive to the beach. It really was the perfect place to base for a week in Exmoor national park. The apartment is so much bigger than it looks on pictures and the amenities are just as described. We had an issue with the key (no fault of William!!) during our stay and he responded straight away with a solution! We felt his communication throughout the whole trip was amazing. We couldn’t find any on street parking during our stay but never had any issue getting into the car park recommended in the listing description.

The Coach House, Porlock Weir

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Coach House at Porlock Weir Is such a lovely property so comfortable, well positioned & much closer to the sea than the pictures would suggest. We loved our stay so much that have already rebooked for next year. Thank you to Chris & the team for an absolutely memorable & relaxing stay. P.s. our 2 hounds enjoyed it too🐶🐶👍

Rural Cabin Stunning Views

This was one of the best stays I’ve had. The view was incredible and the hot tub was amazing! If you’re lucky enough to have the chance to book this place, I’d 100% recommend. The host is also amazing and very responsive. Location is also extremely private and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks for having me!
