Family-friendly holiday rentals in Rocky View County

We loved staying in the little blue house. Just minutes away from the action that Inglewood has to offer: microbreweries, restaurants, shops and the Ironwood theatre. Downtown is a nice stroll away. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the firepit, the well equiped kitchen and the nice furniture. Would love to come back again.

Monika’s apartment is extremely beautiful, it’s light, bright and extremely clean! Huge windows in most rooms overlooking the Calgary sky line. Great location near 17th ave, walkable to all restaurants; bars and The Core shopping centre. Monika was extremely friendly and responsive, as well as caring. 10/10 stay

To begin, fabulous location and comfortable beds. The kitchen was also well stocked and has any cup, dish or cookware item that you would ever need. The backyard was also amazing, the biggest bummer was that we must have come to Calgary during peak bee time because they were everywhere which slightly limited our outside time. Also, make sure to note that this place is pet friendly. I must have overlooked this and am allergic to dogs and cats so that was a bit of a bummer (nothing buying allergy pills couldn’t take care of though). Overall, loved this place and how well James, Mandy and Caleb communicated. Thank you!!!

Wow just wow!! Like many of the other reviewers have indicated the place actually is even more spectacular than the pictures (and the pictures are very nice). We had a Mother's Day weekend here and we loved how close it was to Calgary while feeling a world away due to being in the middle of a beautiful forest away from it all!! The place is sooo huge (the part you can't fully grasp from the pictures) while still feeling cozy especially with the 2 way fireplace with a crackling fire going. We spent a lot of time on the deck incl hottub and we were very impressed with the well stocked kitchen and Sarah quickly responded to queries. The only thing to know about if planning a stay here is that one of the upstairs bedrooms with amazing soaring vaulted windows has no window coverings and even though we were there in May the sun was shining in our eyes very early in the morning and this would be even more a thing in the summer so maybe bring those sleep masks for those in that room.

We've stayed here twice now and each time has been great. This last visit for my birthday party and it was the perfect spot for the 6 of us. It's close to some restaurants and the downtown area which made getting around for birthday events super easy. The house is gorgeous. It's spacious and clean. Peter is very responsive and very kind. He was actually the one to start the conversations first and checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. I really really appreciate his proactive approach to accomodating us as guest. I would absolutely stay here again.

Dealing with Kaeleigh was awesome. She was very prompt with replies and super friendly. Her place is in the best spot in Calgary. Great neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!!!!

We were travelling from bc to alberta, the host stayed up for us to check in late at night. Felt right at home. Great people, great place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy's house. We had some trouble getting into the house through the coded door lock but Amy was extremely communicative and did her best to help us troubleshoot including having new batteries delivered for the unit within an hour or two. It was all resolved without issue. She was flexible with our check-in which was appreciated. Our 3 year old had only slept in a crib prior to this trip and I made an above-and-beyond request to Amy to remove the box spring from one of the beds so it would be closer to the floor in case he rolled out (which he did, many times). This was really kind of her and was one less thing for us to worry about. Overall, the street is quiet and the house has plenty of room for a family of 4. The kitchen has got all of the basics but is lacking a few things if you're looking to host some folks for dinner as we were but for cooking standard meals it's perfect. Definitely recommend without hesitation!

As the second of Sue’s AirBnBs we stayed at during some renovations, it was just a lovely as the first. Lots of light, park views, and comfort in the full walkout basement suite. Sue had great communication and was so helpful to us during our stay! We highly recommend a stay here. Thanks so much Sue!

This house was perfect for my sisters and me. It was clean, comfortable and the location was ideal for getting anywhere in the city. Natasha was a wonderful host. She responded quickly with answers to questions and provided extra hair dryers for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Anthony communicated well about check in, and Gemma was very warm and welcoming when I met her. It is a large space, with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Very quiet and private in a nice residential neighborhood. Perfect for a visit to my niece who lives just a few blocks away.

Happy is an incredible host, super responsive to any and all questions. the house is very cute, good neighborhood and very clean and comfortable. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. if we need to come back to Calgary we definitely stay again. Thx Happy

I’m a frequent guest at Ellen’s place. I always stay here when I come to town to visit family. The location is perfect for me and within walking distance to both the University of Calgary and Foothills Hospital if you need either place. Ellen is an excellent host. She is very accommodating and helpful and after all the years of staying at her home I’m happy to call her a friend as well.

Very good stay.The welcome and hospitality shown always is important to me. Staying in a stranger’s home is intimidating.These lovely people were so gracious and helpful that we were immediately at ease.

I like Heather and Justin’s flat it was very cosy and in the heart of Calgary. They were also very responsive to all our queries and also very warm to always asked if we needed help during our stay! Thank you so much ☺️

Loved my stay at Donna and John’s. The condo was a very short walk to a grocery store and cool places to shop and eat. The C-train was close by too which made it easy to get around the city. The kitchen was super well-equipped. Bed was comfortable. And bonus—a nice deep tub! Would definitely return!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Would definitely book again!

I enjoyed my four night stay at this place. It was clean, quiet, has a good walk-in shower, and the bed was comfy. The apartment is on the lower level which walks out onto a patio in the back. Below is a small wooded area where I saw several deer wandering. The main room and bedroom have big windows. It is located near the city limits but very close to a main commuter highway into downtown. It has two electric wall heaters (bedroom and the main room), however when I arrived the main one was not working so a space heater was provided which kept the place warm. The main downside was the lack of a full kitchen to cook meals. Also, the TV only had basic channels, although there were some old movies playing on some channels. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, and for the cost it was a good deal.

Very clean and modern place in a central location! Has all necessary household items and linens. The instructions for check-in and check-out were thorough and clear.
