Perfect location. Very close to the beach. Room a bit small & cramped for a 3-day stay with 2 of us sharing the space, but that was my choice since I was trying to save money! Barbara is a great host. She’s very friendly & gave us good restaurant recommendations.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out in the gardens. Great neighborhood too. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden, and I especially enjoyed my morning stroll, with coffee, out in the gorgeous garden and greenhouse. Great way to start the day. Inside was amazing as well - the artwork alone is impressive. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Abigail!

Really nice converted basement to studio. Large bedroom/living room combo. Through a door was a modern bathroom with stand up shower and a kitchenette. Well decorated and stocked. She is a terrific host. I never saw her but she pre answered any questions I may have had. Climate control was very efficient and hot tub was spotless and easy to access. I will add it is not a private atmosphere for the hot tub as it is open with no privacy screens. My only flex with this rental is that the bathroom and kitchenette area does not feel private due the lack of a wall and instead the use of a privacy screen, to block off the rest of the basement and being able to see her basement stairs (I don’t think she uses them while hosting) but for me the fact that someone could walk down from the main house and be there is uncomfortable. This part is not to complain but inform. It is costly to rent and I always like to know exactly what I’m walking into.

Michele and her husband were absolutely amazing! So incredibly kind and their home is on a beautiful piece of property. Situated in a remote area in between York and Ogunquit it was easy to get ANYWHERE! Michele was incredibly responsive with questions, recommendations, and just about anything you could need. I would HIGHLY recommend staying with them!

Having never used an Airbnb before I didn't know what to expect. Helen & Kai completely knock it out off the park. There accomodations were extremely comfortable. The neighbor was so quiet and I slept through the night every night. That is not always easy to do when you travel. But it was more than just the lodging and neighbor, Heken and Kai made feel so welcome. They talked to me everytime they saw me and gave me many helpful hints of places to go. They have set a very high bar for expectations with other Airbnbs that I may use. All and all the perfect place for me to stay and will use them again if I travel to Haverhill Mass.

Charming apartment in a quaint and beautiful location. Our hosts, Deane and Wendy, were gracious and helpful during our month long stay. The location was perfect for our needs and the accomodations were cozy and comfortable.

Our second time staying here - surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Loved sitting on the deck and hearing and watching the birds. If you don't need a full kitchen, this is the perfect place to stay, close to Newburyport but feels like you're in a nature sanctuary.

Loved John’s place in Cape Neddick! Convenient to multiple seaside towns making sightseeing a breeze and loved being a short easy walk to the beach for beautiful beach days. Listening to the ocean each night was a dream. Don’t sleep on his restaurant recommendations, they were all amazing. Would love to visit again!

This place far exceeded expectations, the host has gone above and beyond in terms of amenities to make it a truly exceptional experience. Loved the modern minimal atmosphere and her and her husband were absolutely delightful to deal with. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful and relaxing getaway at Nancy’s place. Nancy is a wonderful host and her place is full of light (but good shades for sleeping at night) and very comfortable. The studio is in a peaceful neighborhood along the water and close to beautiful beaches. We could not have asked for better accommodations!

This place was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. Super clean, quiet, peaceful and felt right at home . While the apartment is connected to a house, there was never any disturbance and feels like no one is there! Alicia and Sean were super friendly and responsive with any help we needed. Lots of great restaurants in the area and quick drive to nearby towns. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Beth’s place. Quiet and cozy, plus a nice space to work. Beth was responsive and flexible with check-in time, plus she provided very clear info about the place. Five stars!

The cottage is so charming, welcoming and comfortable! Beautifully curated furnishings, art and dishes with lots of special touches- quilts, fresh flowers, homemade treats and more. Very comfortable bed and pullout sofa and FANTASTIC shower! The half bath is a great addition. Private, easily walkable to downtown, great outdoor area. Three of us were there for three nights and would have been comfortable staying for a week (or longer!). Kat and Hawk were terrific, accommodating, and quick to respond. We'll be back!

Clean nice space. Affordable, amazing bathroom. only downside is you can hear everything, inside the rest of the house, and the street outside. nothing excessive just normal noises.

Peter and Allison were very hospitable and their home was lovely! Great location close to area highlights like the beaches, outlets, and hiking. I stayed with them for a month and enjoyed the proximity to explore the area.

My family stayed at Briana’s Airbnb whilst visiting from England. They had a lovely stay and found Briana’s place a great location for visiting Amesbury. The place was spotless, really well decorated, and had great amenities! I’m sure they will be back again in future :)

A very relaxing stay we truly enjoyed. Home had everything we needed about 20 min from beach and 12 min from groceries. Enjoyed the gas fireplace at the porch and outdoor area with bbq grill.

Great place to stay. Toni was so helpful and pleasant to visit with. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location is so convenient. We even got to meet her pup. Would definitely stay again!

If serenty, comfort, an expansive lake front, privacy and joy are your benchmark for a Maine visit,this retreat has it covered in triplicate. The beauty is ethereal soothing the soul. I had a wonderful stay at Jocelyne and Nicolas’s home. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The home had everything one could need, making it a perfect place to relax. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive, and it’s clear they take great pride in maintaining their space. They made the stay feel like home. I’d gladly stay here again when I’m back in the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in southern NH.
