Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful neighborhood, just a 15-20 minute drive to the White House and downtown DC. There are many convenient bus lines within a 5 minute walk. Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.

Full kitchen and use of our beautiful backyard.

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Crestwood D.C. Light-filled studio apartment

Brand new studio apartment in beautiful Crestwood neighborhood of D.C. Two blocks to main bus line that goes right to White House, downtown, and National Mall/monuments. Also 3 blocks to hiking trails in Rock Creek Park. We are a family of three who live upstairs. We have a big yard with lots of play stuff that your kids can use, too. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.
