Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rochefort-sur-Loire

We’ve just spent a wonderful few days with our family at Helene’s house. The property was as described amongst the local vineyards where we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful French countryside & sampling the local wines. There was plenty of space for 5 adults including two lovely outside seating areas. Helene was an excellent host & was helpful & responsive. We were able to use her swimming pool & deck with stunning views across the Loire Valley. You can walk into the local town of Chalonnes Sur Loire where there are great bars & restaurants.

We had a great time at Olivier's, we stayed a week and we particularly liked the situation of the cottage in the middle of vineyards and animals! The cottage is perfectly equipped, bright and very quiet, with a small downside however for the room which is a little low in ceiling ( the staircase with half steps may not be suitable for everyone). As far as we are concerned, we adapted... Thank you again for your warm welcome, we will be back!

Perfect rental for a self-catering stay as a couple. Very clean and very well-appointed accommodation. Well located, a few minutes' walk from the center and very quiet. Only small downside: the attic room is a little hot in case of high temperatures (>30 degrees) but the fan available helps to sleep.

We had a long stay at Elissa's and it was really pleasant. Elissa and her parents are extremely kind and very attentive. The accommodation is much larger than in photos and very pleasant to stay in. The setting is very peaceful.

We had a perfect stay at this place for a bachelorette party to our friend! The cottage is clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, exactly as pictured. The gite is located near the vines in a quiet area. The views are breathtaking. Hosts were very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. I highly recommend this listing! It's a place just waiting to be discovered.

David is a superb host! We felt like at home in his house. It was just wonderful there. David is very child-friendly, which was good for us with our children. The pool was loved. The furnishings of the house were excellent. Everything is available in the kitchen, even a gas grill is on site. We simply had two heavenly weeks in the middle of the vineyards.

Very good stay, very welcoming and friendly hosts, who took the time to give us some tips, clean, spacious house and similar to the photos, comfortable bedding, equipment provided at the top, clean and pleasant jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this listing.

What a finding this was! The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Jordane and Stephane were just the most amazing hosts and the attention to detail in the house was just incredible. The house was probably the most well equipped property we have ever stayed in and the hosts provide lots of little extras which was so helpful. We have fallen in love with the place and we are sure to go back for a longer period. Our only problem was that we were there for two nights and we wished we could have stayed forever!! Hélène's accommodation was very well arranged, well decorated. It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting well!

Julien's place is AMAZING. Spacious, bright, cozy, with 70s very pretty decorations. It was a huge pleasure to live here. I was there for a professional stay, and the place was ideal for work but also for rest. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is a few minutes from the city center. Recommended!

Great little place in a pretty village right next to the Loire. There is nothing missing in this apartment. The breakfast offered is welcome "Perfect" Although we didn't see Alexandre. He has always been responsive to our requests. I recommend ++

We had a very pleasant stay at Rodolphe's! The apartment was spacious and bright, cool despite the high temperatures, which was very appreciable. We also liked the restaurant recommendations made available. The accommodation was as described, tastefully decorated, and there was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. Nice studio, well-equipped and super clean. The residence is very well maintained, very quiet and secure. Shops within walking distance and walks nearby. i really recommend it.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
