Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Accueil très sympathique par Antonio. Logement élégant, beaucoup de marques d'attention: produits petit déjeuner, produits salles de bains, bouteille de vin... Calme environnant. Très belle piscine.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Propreté irréprochable, climatisation bien fonctionnelle et Manlio met tout à votre disposition pour vous sentir comme chez vous, le logement est très proche du centre ville, avec un tram juste à proximité qui rend l’accès encore plus facile 👌🏻 Merci Manlio pour ce formidable séjour, et à la prochaine !

Patrizia si è rilevata una host molto attenta e disponibile ad andare incontro alle nostre esigenze. Appartamento in posizione centrale, con facilità di parcheggio, per la nostra moto, negli appositi stalli dietro al Municipio. Terrazza sopra Appartamento veramente bella con ampio panorama su tutta la vallata sottostante. Ottima per frescheggiare la sera. Location ottima per la facilità di raggiungere a piedi tutti i siti di maggior interesse di Tivoli. Consigliatissimo come scelta e colgo l'occasione per ringraziare la host Patrizia.

soggiornato ad Ariccia con famiglia di 6 persone. Tutto come da descrizione dell'host. Posto auto comodo e indispensabile. Vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi, con negozi e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze (anche farmacia). Appartamento molto comodo con 4 posti letto più ulteriori due posti letto sul divano del soggiorno. Accoglienza: gentile ed efficiente. Da tenere sicuramente in considerazione

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. Laura and Mario were very responsive to all our queries. Mario fetched us from our vehicle to bring us to the property which made it easy for us to find it. He was very helpful and even carried some of our bags. He gave us an informative orientation around the house and all amenities. He also gave restaurant recommendations which we tried and it did not disappoint. His recommendations were among the best in town so I’m really grateful that we were able to try the best food that Castel Gandolfo locals have to offer. ❤️ I really appreciate that Laura helped us with our check out time. I was worried as my other accomodation was not flexible but I’m glad Laura was able to help me. The place is close to everything such as the papal summer residence, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs, mini grocery, and Lake Albano was also walkable from the accomodation. My kids and I walked to the lake and they had loads of fun!
