Agata di Militello, located in the community of Torrenova, lies the "Casa Grande" di Santo Pietro estate on approximately 50 hectares of land. The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. It is accessed via an ancient external staircase. Guests can stroll through the farm grounds, visit the chicken coop, donkeys, vegetable gardens and take a relaxing swim in the pool.

I really can’t say enough great things about our stay! The communication with Miro was excellent from start to finish. The villa itself was beautiful, sparkling clean, and the panoramic views were breathtaking. The home was modern and beautifully decorated, and it was amazing how much detail went into making sure of a great experience. We got lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. The location is wonderful and easy to day trip to many places which we did and then come back and enjoy lovely dinners in Capo d’Orlando. What a wonderful place and I highly recommend renting this villa for your next Sicilian vacation. Thanks Miro and I hope to see you again one day!

Stay was excellent, exactly what we expected. Facilities were excellent, close to supermarket, cafe and other shops. The apartment is not that far from Capo D'Orlando train station, but you need a car. Parking was excellent and we felt at home. Air-conditioning worked well and having a lift is very useful. Totally recommend this apartment. Celeste was very professional and also very friendly.

Giuseppina and Vito's apartment is really an incredible place, the veranda facing the sea is really a treat. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts with double kitchen, one inside and one outside. Attention to the smallest details and with good taste, nothing is left to chance. If you want to experience a super relaxing vacation without missing anything and facing the sea, this is the perfect place. Finally, Giuseppina and Vito are two truly exceptional hosts. Really awesome, maybe even the most beautiful AirBnB I've ever been to. It was a great stay, the apartment was super nice, with a great panoramic view! You definitely need a car to get around and it is quite mountainous but it is definitely all doable. Francesco was super sweet, gave us a lot of local recommendations and always answered directly. We recommend it one hundred percent!

We felt very comfortable in Nino's house. The welcome by Nino and Giulia was very warm and loving. Nino was available at all times and helped us with many tips for the area. The surrounding area is very green. There are several beaches that can be reached by car.
