We enjoyed our stay. The airbnb was spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We were in Parksville awaiting the birth of our grandson so it was a nice place to pass the time until baby's arrival. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals, the area has lots of nice walking trails, we enjoyed using the hot tub and the view from our unit was a nice surprise.

When I read other guests reviews, I could tell that Janet sincerely cared for all of her guests. If you are searching for a home away from home, stop searching because Janet is the GEM in the Sunshine Coast treasure box.

It was a beautiful home for the 10 of us when ample space to feel very comfortable. We had trouble with pool being not heated but Tanner was very helpful and quick to respond and helped us get it working again. The home is so cozy and clean and we would highly recommend it to other large groups.

Had a great time at Jane's place. It is in a great location close to the beach and walking trails. Also within walking distance of great restaurants. The house had everything you need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing.

What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The house was very homely and restful and was more than adequate for our eight family members. Penny and Andy were always very responsive to any queries we had. This made our stay very easy and enjoyable. We hope to return in the future.

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed our stay at Oceanside Escapes. Johanna and Julie were readily available to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay. The cabin was well-supplied and had a binder listing many local recommendations. It was a short walk to Rathtrevor Beach which we all enjoyed, particularly our dog. All essential amenities and many attractions were nearby. The central air conditioner was especially helpful in keeping the whole cabin cool during the hotter days. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Very family friendly - we used the pack'n'play and highchair, as well as the beach toys provided! There were many "kids" cups and plates which made meal time a breeze. The fully enclosed deck was also nice for the kids to play on. There were a couple things that would be nice for a handyman to come work on (tightening up toilet seats/towel rods, etc.) but overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely woodland cabin, very private! Just off the Sunshine Coast Highway, but you can't hear the cars once your inside. Very well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and everything you need to cook a meal or three. Responsive, proactive owners that are sharing their space with you, would definitely recommend.

Pictures couldn't possibly capture how well appointed and perfectly situated this place is- 5 stars!!! You can sit with a coffee on the beautiful deck listening to the birds and watching the boats pass up and down Howe Sound while snow capped coastal mountains frame the posrcard backdrop, amazing! The suite has everything you need and is well laid out with impressive attention to the details: Comfy bed, proper linens, fluffy towels, premium soaps etc. We walked down to the village and it's a 30 minute peacefull walk down the road. Highly reccomened!

This was a aboslutley beautiful space! The view is breathtaking and the high windows, wood beams and balaconies make the whole thing quite dreamy. There is also a amazing bathtub on the lower floor that overlooks the ocean which was my happy place. They keep the space very clean and well stocked with the key things you may need to make your stay comfortable (shower ammenities, basic kitchen supplies, great towels). I went with my kid, parents, sister and her baby and were quite comfortable with the three bedrooms and large living room/ kitchen. The fireplace made for a cozy atmosphere in the evenings as you watch the sunset and birds flying overhead. It is also convenientily located 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. The only challenging thing for us was that the home is situated immediately against the street and there is no sidewalk to walk with kids/ to the beach etc. There is also no real backyard for kids to run and play in.

Fantastic Host. Was able to accommodate a last minute stay with early check in and late check out. Would stay here again.

This place is spotless, tastefully appointed, and in a great location with very little traffic. The home is bright and spacious with a cozy fireplace that we enjoyed thoroughly in the cold weather, but has a covered deck and outdoor seating area that would be lovely in warm weather. The beach is a short walk down an access road located directly across from the home's driveway. Overall it's a great place for a weekend away!

Sue & Byron are amazing Hosts! The place was spotted clean and fully equipped, just as advertised. They really went above and beyond proving homemade bread, cookies, jam and butter, it felt right like home as soon as we checked in. Sue even put a little bed for our little one that she loved. Byron was very welcoming and friendly upon check in and gave great recommendations right away! The surrounding area is perfect if you are looking for walkable easy hikes with kids, and there is playground nearby. The beach access is 5 minutes away, and they also provided many toys for my little one to play. Thanks so much Sue and Byron for making our first visit to the Sunshine coast very special, we will be back! :-)

The loft was very convenient to the ferry, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Instructions and descriptions were clear. When we had a few questions, we received very prompt responses. There is a unique local brewery nearby as well as access to the beach down the hill.

We stayed at M’s place with 3 couples and a 1 yr old. It was an excellent place for all our needs, with lots of space to spread out in the two living rooms, and 3 bedrooms that all felt very private (no shared walls!). We also appreciated the extra space that the two bathrooms allowed for our group. The house was clean and tidy, communication was clear and proactive, and the location felt nicely accessible to both Sechelt and Gibsons. I would highly recommend!

The location of this place couldn't be better for exploring the Island and especially for mountain biking (hosts were very accommodating with letting us store/charge our ebikes in their garage during our visit). Very easy access to everything North and South of Nanaimo as well as the city itself. The apartment is very peaceful with your own private garden/sitting area. While Nash and Louise are delightful hosts the real star of this property is Ollie, the most well behaved dog you will ever meet. Ollie greeted us upon our arrival and checked in most mornings to make sure we were well taken care of. Be sure to get Nash and Louise's restaurant recommendations.

Love the place- as advertised and quite easy to find and really peaceful there . Best place we have stayed at so far in our travels.

David's place was great too stay at. The house was beautiful and the patio overlooking Molly's Reach was a great place to hang out at the end of out day.

Best place to stay, very clean, very relaxing and comfortable. Felt better than staying at a hotel. Kitchen is fully equipped. Our family loved staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, we had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Just spent a few nights out here, and we absolutely loved our stay. The views from the decks are amazing, and the home itself is very comfortable and quaint. Driveway is challenging with a larger vehicle, but there’s other parking nearby if that’s an issue. Will recommend this spot!

We had a great stay- lovely home and huge deck outside that the kids appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked. Location was convenient, we could walk to parks, beaches and the downtown.
