The stay was most enjoyable, the house perfectly matching the description provided in the listing. The region is splendid, although the weather conditions have not been favorable for long walks. We will certainly return when the sun is present. In addition, if you are traveling with your small dogs, a pleasant walk to consider is that of the chemin du lavoir in Montans, lasting about an hour to an hour and a half, ideal for both dogs and their owners.

Completely in accordance with the description, you just have to have good legs because cordes sur ciel is a very beautiful village perched. And that sometimes we can be parked a little far away, the apartment is spacious, bright and in very good condition, coffee capsule and small crunchy very nice on arrival.

Jean Pierre and his wife were great hosts! Small touches with some local products as soon as we arrived, a magnificent home in a more than perfect environment... everything is provided in this accommodation. It's a great place to meet with family. All 6 of us were won over by this cottage that we recommend 200%. Ideally located just 10 km from Albi. Thanks a lot to Jean Pierre and his wife.

I had a wonderful stay with Pascale and her husband who are really lovely and welcoming people (just like their three German shepherds🥰). The place is perfect for relaxing, it's so quiet and peaceful... Then, being surrounded by so many animals brings a little company that warms the heart 🥰 The studio is very comfortable and cozy and you feel very good there! The pool is really a plus when it's hot 🙌🏽 I would come back with great pleasure without hesitation! Thank you again 🥰

We had a truly memorable stay at Karen and Laka’s beautiful home in the peaceful village of Varen, France. The location is ideal for exploring some of the most charming towns in the region - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Albi, and more are all within easy reach. The property itself is thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely private patio garden that opens up to a breathtaking meadow. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the countryside, forest, and even the village church tower - it’s the kind of peaceful backdrop that invites deep relaxation. Karen and Laka are warm, welcoming hosts who instantly make you feel at home. They offered fantastic local tips and recommendations, clearly sharing a strong connection to their community. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel less like a rental and more like a second home. 10/10 we’d love to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an authentic French break.

Perfection doesn’t come easy, and I rarely overpraise — but I can say with absolute delight that this place exceeded every expectation... We were a group of 17 celebrating my 50th birthday, with 8 children aged 9–13 and 9 adults. The house accommodated us all with ease and comfort...The Room layout is a bit funny in places but worked fine for us.. We barely left the house, apart from the occasional shopping trip or vineyard visit. We cooked large meals daily using both the indoor and outdoor kitchens, both brilliantly equipped and practical. There were endless seating areas to gather, relax, eat, drink, and laugh while soaking in the stunning views and sunsets ... Highlights, Impressive facilities, ice machine and bar, heated saltwater pool, countless games for the kids (and adults!), tennis tournaments, hide-and-seek, ice baths beside the Jacuzzi, and evenings around the firepit toasting marshmallows 🔥 like luxury camping, with the soundtrack of nature all around. #whatatreat

Very good welcome, small welcome gift, with all the basic necessities. Ideally located apartment to visit the beautiful city of Albi. If the traffic is quite heavy during the day, it is very quiet at night. We recommend this apartment, not far from the center and pretty villages nearby.

From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the truly warm and caring welcome of the hosts. Their kindness, availability and kindness went a long way in making our stay an enchanted break. The setting is simply idyllic. The property, located in the countryside, enjoys an environment, absolute tranquility, conducive to relaxation and reconnection with nature. One of the great pleasures of this stay was undoubtedly breakfast, which alone deserves a mention of excellence. Every morning, the homemade bread, prepared with care and passion, was an enchantment for the taste buds. The presence of the two dogs brings an extra touch of life and warmth. We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

Nice house that can accommodate a large family, beautiful pool that we enjoyed. Alexande is a very nice host. If you are missing anything, Alexandre will quickly remedy the problem. It was a very pleasant stay and we'll happily be back.

There are only 5 stars but I would have given 10. What a wonderful stay at Maïté's. The environment, the house, the calm, the total change of scenery is there. And what about our host. Maïté is a caring and welcoming person. Always smiling and always available. The location is ideal. Everything is close by while still being secluded. The house... oh my god! Beautiful and a decor that makes you feel at home from the first step. As for the cleanliness, it is impeccable. Thank you so much Maïté. A warm and friendly charming house located in the heart of the city center of GAILLAC and yet quiet enough for peaceful nights. The bedding is excellent. Congratulations to Brigitte for her choice. Everything is thought of wonderfully to facilitate our visits. This house and the layout of its space remains more than comfortable and very clean as well as its amenities that are not lacking in anything. Jhonatan is an excellent host, he was attentive to our arrival and greeted us with a bottle of wine. During our stay he was always attentive and for our departure he allowed us to stay longer. Also, his apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed.

Very nice hospitality. Pleasant and spacious house We stayed there for 4 days as 4 couples and we were very well accommodated With access to the pool and the Nordic bath because the pool was a little cold Lionel is a very responsive and attentive host.

We had a great time at Charlotte & Laurent’s place. Their kindness and proactively helpful attitude, combined with the forest environment, created a very pleasant feeling across the stay. As part of a former farm, the property is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated in a nice way, with a lot of thought given to making you feel comfortable and welcome. The house is very clean, well equipped, including a nice terrasse and a functioning wood stove in the living room. The hosts also raise goats, our kids could feed them and we could attend the milking session. The property is located in a beautiful countryside, and a good base for visiting the Sidobre area with all its picturesque rocks. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay! Melanie is a very welcoming, available and responsive host. We stayed in a very nice, clean, comfortable and well-equipped house where you can feel at home. We enjoyed the large fully fenced garden, where our dog was able to safely let off steam. We enjoyed a beautiful view from the terrace, in a peaceful environment. We recommend this listing without hesitation!
