We really enjoyed our week-long stay at Anne and Dominique's place. They are very available and responsive hosts and they gave us the best recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. They are warm and love to receive visitors. The accommodation offered a superb view of Tamarin Bay and we saw incredible sunsets. The accommodation has everything you need to have a good time (reception, barbecue, swimming pool, proximity to excursions, etc.). We would definitely recommend! Sincerely, Thibault and Céline

Great place, great view, awesome stay. It is as pictured and with a stunning view over a beautiful infinity edge pool. Spacious living room area and direct access to outdoor dining area (with electric shade in case of rain). Easy access to nearby restaurants and groceries. Nice induction hob, big fridge and combo unit 'Nespresso' style machine. Daily clean up. Very helpful host with recommendations and local information. Definitely highly recommended if you want to stay someplace special in the Black River area.

She went above and beyond by creating a custom app filled with all the information we could possibly need — from details about the accommodation to recommendations for restaurants, cafes, activities, and more. The attention to detail in the apartment is simply outstanding — everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and special. The design, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Truly beautiful, amazing value for money, and we would recommend it 100% to anyone visiting the area. We loved our stay at Nadia’s. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean and Nadia gave us some really great tips and recommendations during our stay.

Pleasant accommodation (the best disposition of our stay) is very well suited for a family. The bedding is nice. Impeccable decoration. All the equipment, utensils, basics are available. 5 minutes by car from the very pretty Tamarind beach, 20 min from cop in Flac. Amenities nearby by car. Sophie welcomed us very warmly and advised us. We are so satisfied. The only downside is the road noise (very busy) at the door of the accommodation. We would recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment! The space is filled with natural light, making it feel airy and welcoming. Waking up here was a such a peaceful experience—it truly felt like a tropical paradise with pool and a view! The apartment itself is modern, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. The furniture is super tasteful, new, and classy— we loved the fully stocked kitchen. We had so much fun cooking and eating outside on the patio. The location is perfect—just a short distance from all the key landmarks and attractions. We visited Le Morne Brabant, also Black River Gorges National Park is also nearby, we did a lot of hiking and had easy parking too in front of the unit. Tamarin Beach was also easy to get to! This place is truly beautiful and peaceful, and we loved the location. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Mauritius. Thanks to the lovely hosts

We were in this beautiful accommodation for the first days of our trip and felt right at home. We would have preferred to stay there for the entire trip. Marie Lou and her husband were great hosts - friendly, helpful and communicative. There were even welcome treats, how sweet! The accommodation had everything you need, both in the living area, bedroom, kitchen, as well as outside. The accommodation has the perfect location: just around the corner (we had a car) are numerous nature reserves with great hiking opportunities, beautiful beaches, great and delicious restaurants (Nomad & Vanilla Village were super good!), lots of good shopping and a great neighborhood. We thought that you somehow "have to" go to a fancy hotel for your honeymoon, but to be honest, it was even nicer and more private in the AirBnb. We would definitely come back! Just returned from a week at Marine’s flat and we are so pleased with the value for money we have got from staying here. For us, the location was perfect as it is quiet, with direct access to the beach and an incredible, large private patio which was shaded throughout. We visited the pool almost every day and only once saw someone else using it; it felt like our own private pool! The apartment has all the amenities a couple needs for their stay and Marine enabled us to have an early check-in and a late check-out at no extra cost, and was readily available before, during and after our stay. We recommend “l’envol” which is a very local pizza place and doesn’t seem to have a very big social media presence. We will definitely be coming back!
