Apartment holiday rentals in Rivière Noire District

We stayed 2 nights with 2 children. Impeccable apartment, very clean. We did not use the kitchen at all but it had everything we needed. The pool is small but for a refresh it's fine. Peaceful neighborhood, a little secluded, but a 2-minute walk to the beach. With a great Indian restaurant nearby. Great value for the price

Accommodation was wonderful, close to the beach and shops ! Easily accessible , great loaction and perfect for what we needed. Definitely highly recommend.

Our family with two small children stayed at Yanish’s place for two weeks at the end of January/begining of February. The stay was very pleasant, the appartment was spot on like in the description on AirBnb and in the photos. Very clean. The aircon is superb. Yanish and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they even provided the baby chair upon our request. We highly recommend Yanish’s place and would return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zanana Penthouse. We stayed as 3 person for 9 nights and the apartment was quite big and comfortable for us. It is at a peaceful location and Flic en Flac public beach is very nice to spend time at. Michael was friendly and responsive. Overall very good experience.

Everything was perfect! 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants , the accommodation, in a secure residence and a quiet neighborhood, matched the description . Thanks to Yannick for his sympathy and flexibility . You can go there without a second thought!

Mauritius!! with it's beauty also is a place to find the most amazing, very humble and kind at heart people. This time it was Cyndie. Cyndie and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, explained the do's and dont's which was really necessary for our safety. Now about the property, it is at a driving distance to the Flic en Flac beach, and a supermarket where you will find everything from veggies to groceries etc. The home is very well maintained and clean. The utensils in the kitchen as well are well maintained. The parking is an outdoor parking but the vehicle is usually safe here. And everything else according to us was perfect. It's also just a driving distance from Casela Nature park where you can stop by for a safari and also enjoy the picturesque hills from the Blue Bird Restaurant. So yes, it's a good to go property.

It was a great experience to stay at Jonathan's place. The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and have all the basic amenities required for a pleasant stay. Moreover, Jonathan was very responsive host and always responded very proactively. The location is also great and definitely I can recommend for long time stays.

I live in this apartment and have a wonderful experience! The place itself is absolutely beautiful —— modern, clean, well decorated. The rooftop is definitely a highlight and offers breathtaking views and is the perfect place to relax in the evening. The pool area was also top notch and very well maintained and a great place to unwind. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, always responsive and willing to help during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay!

We felt like at home,our stay at the apartment was perfect ,Madame Sonum was very responsive to all our requests. They also have a car rental agency, ours was delivered to the apartment parking lot on the day of our arrival. A big thank you to the entire Sugar reef apartment team.

We had a great stay at a very nice place. The rooms are very spacious, nicely equipped and the roof terrace is a real highlight! We used both the jacuzzi and pool and can recommend both. Flic en Flac is a lively place with restaurants and bars and good shopping. The supermarket jumbo in the village has good opening hours and a large offer. The location of the accommodation is great for the beach and many other activities also in other parts of the island. The bus station is right on the street next to the house, which is great for excursions. The landlords and also the security staff are very very nice, helpful and always available. We had a great time and would love to come back.

The apartment in this price range is suitable for a short-term stay. Byly is a cheerful and positive guy, always available and also a good chef. There were some moments when we felt overwhelmed by the sheer amount of conversations. We will never forget the positive mood on New Year's Eve with the host and his wonderful family.

what a gem of a place. easy parking, easy self access arrival. stunning beach right nearby. at the end of the flic en flac restaurant strip so perfect location really. perfectly serviceable supermarket with good opening hours in town too. ian answered all our questions and helped us out great!

Marvellous and well equipped appartment close to the ocean at a quiet place, nearby is a good restaurant, a couple of shops at several minutes walk. All the ocean shore here is a public beach, while walking by the ocean to the south you can find the boat station with water activities proposed and more lovely restaurants. Walking by the road to the north , you can find more local foods, pizzerias, and then a supermarket. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, also recommended taxi services . In addition to the island's stunning nature it made a beautiful time on Mauritius.

Wonderful apartment in wonderful location

It's a nice secluded place with kind neighbours, very clean as shown in pictures and well maintained. Debra was very communicative and helpful throughout.

We’d like to give a huge compliment – the apartment was absolutely wonderful. Saying it looked like the photos would be an understatement – it was even better in real life. As soon as we arrived, my girlfriend started taking pictures to get some inspiration for our own home! Communication was top-notch throughout. The air conditioning kept the place at a very comfortable temperature, which was especially important as it was quite hot and humid during our stay in Mauritius. The shared pool was very clean and peaceful – we really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. There were also some lovely little touches, like fresh fruit, plenty of towels (including beach towels – a must in Mauritius where life mostly happens by the sea). A beautiful apartment close to the beach, very well decorated in a quiet residence. We had trouble finding the place because we were unable to contact the host when we arrived but everything ended well. A bnb worth a visit 😉

We enjoyed the house and the view of the salines. The house is complete and has good amenities. We didn't use the pool because the water was too cold. We spent a lot of time outside under the canopy where it is cozy. The self check-in was clear, as was the route to the house. We enjoyed it.

The stay at Dowlut's place was lovely. It is modern and convenient. It has private parking and is close to the beach by car. Communication with Dowlut was very good throughout the stay.

We needed a place to recharge after a bereavement in the family and Cecile provided us with just that, so grateful.
