In a pretty 1930 Art-Deco building with elevator, a small two-room apartment of 35m², with a very sunny balcony. Comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped for two people, One bedroom with 160 double bed and its very comfortable mattress. Two televisions with Netflix streaming etc. Soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment. Equipped kitchen (and Nespresso machine). Bathroom with large shower, marble effect. Possibility of free baggage drop-off in case of an early arrival or late departure.

Blue Fairy - sea view with master suite

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Enjoy stunning sea and Rock of Monaco views in our charming 2-star studio⭐️. Free parking available (upon request and subject to availability). Beach access is a 10-minute walk away. The studio is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, Nespresso, stove, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, linen. The cozy bed is 160 x 200. Amenities in the immediate vicinity: bus stops (Monaco and France), supermarket, hospital...

The "Garden" apartment is a small gem designed to accommodate a couple in a quiet and comfortable environment. It is just a minute from the sea and the center. The room faces west, offering spectacular views of the 5 Terre sea and picturesque sunsets. The level of comfort and safety is completed by a refined outdoor space (patio), bed with body-memory mattress, induction kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, security door and safe.
