L’établissement est reculé & loin de tout à pied. Vous devez avoir un véhicule .Cependant la vue et l’intérieur des murs en valent le déplacement ! C’est magnifique . La chambre était superbe, le seul bémol est qu’il fallait sortir la nuit dans un corridor pour la toilette. Il y a deux beaux grands salons, foyer, bibliothèque, cuisine avec frigo partagé. Une cour intérieure joliement décorée . Je n’ai pas aimé mon arrivé , seulement après 15:00 prcq la réception est fermée et qu’il n’y a personne. On voulait profiter de la vue et la piscine(pas possible). Le lendemain à 10am on devait déjà être partis on nous l’a repeté 3 fois, c’était comprit la 1 ere fois ! C’est tôt , pour avoir le temps de prendre une douche et déjeuner . Cela nous a beaucoup déplu ! Le piscine bien qu’elle soit ecolo est plus comme un étang où nager avec les grenouille peut être possible. Faites attention après 18:30 si vous avez un problème ,plus personne ne répond ! (Serviettes en location à 5 euro. )

Nuestra estadía fue fantástica, todo está tal cual indica el anuncio, la cocina tiene muchos detalles para disfrutar y eso se agradece, dejarnos vino en la habitación fue un lindo detalle, la ubicación es muy buena, y mucha tranquilidad que permitió amanecer como nuevos después de un buen descanso… Es importante destacar que todo está muy cerca, y andando se llega a lo más emblemático de la ciudad. Sin dudas volvería…!!!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold, sammen med nogle venner. Om dagen besøgte vi byen som vi kender fra år tilbage, og om aftenen nød vi udsigt og vejr fra den fælles terrasse. Man kan ikke tilberede andet end kaffe, og det fungerer fint, pga de mange cafeer, spisesteder og butikker i nærheden. Bemærk særlig det toskanske produktudvalg i Consorzio Agrario di Siena oppe for enden af gaden. Der får en økologisk bevidst turist det noget godt. I La Fontana della Frutta i Viale Terme får man hjemmelavede juices og god mad. Økologi er ikke så stort et brand iøvrigt i byen, men lørdag formiddag har flere økologiske producenter boder på madmarkedet ved fæstningsmuren. Det fungerede rigtig godt for os i en uge. Det er et rart og godt sted at være. Vores værelse havde også både eget bad og udsigt til byen, det var ekstra positivt.

Der Aufenthalt bei Stefanie war einfach schön! Familiäres, freundliches, offenes Haus. Tolle Zimmer mit Meerblick, wir durften uns sogar eines heraussuchen. Highlight ist der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer inkl. Gastroservice zur Liege! Ebenso sehr schön war das leckere Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Words cannot even describe how perfect this was for us. Two adults and two teenagers. Plenty of room. A perfect place for our Tuscany get away.

This place is beautiful with a modern coastal vibe, clean, updated in every way. The views from the room and terrace are stunning. I missed the part about daily cleaning but found it was so refreshing to have the bed made, clean towels and coffee pods renewed. DO NOT overpack as the stairs are a killer. But the views and hearing the ocean waves at night more than make up for it. A very special place indeed.

The place is lovely and in a well located area, very quiet but still close to wonderful little villages. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and up to our expectations! Marina and her staff were really nice and we felt really at home thanks to them. With our little kid, we had everything needed for a great stay! I strongly recommend it.

Très bon séjour. Très accueillant. Il faut profiter des dîners sur place car cuisine du terroir de très grande qualité. À recommander absolument. Le plus une petite lythographie magnifique de la région. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour.

Prima onderkomen in een prachtige , rustige en groene omgeving. Hier kun je heerlijk relaxen bij het zwembad of in de uitgestrekte tuin. Uitgebreid ontbijt mogelijk a 10.- Restaurants op ca 15 minuten rijden. Drankjes verkrijgbaar voor supermarkt inkoopprijzen. Aanbevolen!

Piękne widoki, które powodują że już nie chcesz się ruszać z tego miejsca. Super usytuowane,z każdej strony piękny krajobraz. Basen czysty i zadbany. Dużo miejsca do spacerów, bezpiecznie dla dzieci które samodzielnie biegały po posesji. Wzniesienia przyjemne co umożliwia łatwiejszą jazdę na rowerze. Mieszkanie czyste, z pełnym kuchennym wyposażeniem i za to duży plus. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, była bardzo pomocna, odpowiadała bardzo szybko na wszelkie wątpliwości jeśli się pojawiły, wyjaśniała od razu. Polecam miejsce! Sama na pewno tam wrócę :)

Hello, Bice is a great host. She takes care of your each need while taking care of your privacy. The place is alike the description, best if you have a car with you, else bus services are readily available. The place is a historical building surrounded by lawns and farms. We loved all of it. We also had the best pasta at the Frattoria inside the property. Highly recommended for a family stay.

Chambre très propre et jolie salle de bain. Nous avons été surclassé avec un balcon, merci beaucoup pour ça. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et à l’écoute de ses clients. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel qui était très bon , mention spéciale aux serveurs qui ont été très gentils. Belle piscine avec une vue magnifique. Bel emplacement, je recommande.

Hemos estado muy bien y hemos descansado , nos han tratado con mucha amabilidad todo muy bien organizado y limpio y tiene mini bar !!! Nos ha parecido espectacular el trato del personal y muy recomendable agradezco el trato recibido volveremos pronto !

Vielen Dank für den schönen Kurzaufenthalt. Wir haben die schöne Umgebung und die gemütliche Unterkunft mit dem tollen Pool und dem liebevollen Frühstück sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Elisa hat uns auch hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen! 😊

Nous avions choisi ce lieu pour être à proximité de Florence Pise… pour des visites à la journée et profiter du calme et de la piscine le soir ! Sabrina a été de très bon conseils pour nous rendre à Florence où nous conseiller sur des visites. La vue des terrasses est fabuleuse !

Très agréablement surpris, le logement était propre et très pratique. Le jardin n'est pas privé mais la manière dont c'est conçu fait penser que l'on est seul. Pas de vis à vis, petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Je recommande !

Che dire, casa splendida attorniata da un territorio altrettanto bello. Pulizia e bellezza della casa sono punti di forza e Daniele è una persona molto gentile e premurosa che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Siamo stati veramente bene e siamo certi che torneremo.

Posto incantevole, in un paesaggio che ristora. La casa oltre ad essere curata in ogni dettaglio è pulitissima! Il giardino é pura poesia, ogni angolo nasconde una sorpresa; ammalia la vista e cura il cuore. È stata una bellissima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista. Compresa la conoscenza del proprietario, persona colta e sensibile con cui abbiamo scambiato una piacevole chiacchierata.

This home is something special. Very clean. Very aesthetically interesting. The beds were very comfortable. Linens lovely. Everything in the space had a story to tell. Lots of history. Stefano was very flexible and informative. We never met Stefano due to the fact that we came in late from travels and had to leave early for a flight home. But we had all we needed to feel at home when we arrived. Coffee in the AM and wonderful seating areas outside to watch the sunrise and hear the birds:) thank you Stefano for leaving us with a very cozy last night in Tuscany. We will never forget it.

Raffaella was the best host ever! She was so nice and even remembered that my wife and I were on our honeymoon and offered congratulations when we walked in. Extra perk that we could order from the next door restaurant and have it brought up to the terrace or our balcony in our room. Most thoughtful B&B owners I have ever had the pleasure of staying with!

Maria Livia si è mostrata da subito gentile e disponibile e non ha esitato a venirci incontro in caso di necessità. Il locale ha superato le nostre aspettative, essendo molto più spazioso di quello che pensavamo, con spazi puliti e ordinati. Se ripasseremo in zona sicuramente torneremo qui!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Pistoia. Traumhaftes Haus in ddm man sich sofort wohl fühlt. 5 Minuten bis zur Altstadt von Pistoia die wir als extrem entspannt empfunden haben - abseits der üblichen Touristenhighlights.
