A beautiful stay in an extraordinary house in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Carla welcomed us very warmly and was always available to give directions when needed. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. You sleep very well, also because of the calm that characterizes the place. The breakfast prepared by Nico was excellent and full of attention. David and Roberta are truly the best hosts! Their place is dreamy beautiful and they go out of their way to help you have the best experience. Whether it’s the delicious breakfast served each morning or doing your laundry, David and Roberta go out of their way to make you feel welcome and are genuinely so kind. Definitely recommend this location.

Nice place, though it’s a bit of a downside that the bedroom isn’t directly connected to the bathroom; you have to walk through a shared hallway to get there. The host is very nice.

Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

We felt very well cared for and they were always very attentive to us. The house is very close to the train and bus station. The room is very comfortable and clean. Equally flexible on arrival and they kept our bags when we left. Excellent hosts and very friendly

Sarah's place is clean, comfortable, and located in the middle of lush green. Yard is full of big lemon trees, olive trees, and flowers like roses and lavenders. They also have hens who provides us breakfast 🥚 Sarah is super friendly. Don't miss her lemon jam! Walking distance from a super market called Sigma.

Would come to visit again. Was increddibly peaceful with friendly people of the neighborhood. The easy (I would presume as an Italian style) breakfast accompanied with coffee was beatifully paired with th mountains falling into and towards the pool.

Brunella and Guiedo’s B&B is an incredible place to stay. It is warm, inviting, peaceful and relaxing which reflects the hosts. They are a wonderful couple who make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I would definitely return.

Excellent experience with Débora, all impeccable. It's a little far but public transportation works well. Also the room and bathroom (and the house in general) are 5 stars without a doubt.

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

We had enjoyed the stay in Mariella's villa very much. The place is very nice and modernly furnished. Beautiful and modern furniture, beautiful and large bathroom, fly screen on the patio door. A large terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. Breakfast was fantastically prepared by Cristina with delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and many other treats. Cristina is an excellent host, always in a good mood. She always had a lot of suggestions for the upcoming day. The car can be parked directly at the accommodation on the street. The path into the city is steep but easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place.

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was a total highlight, it was delivered to our balcony every morning to enjoy! Raffaelle was extremely responsive and helpful, we felt right at home. It should be noted, if you are going to make the walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage, take the route a car would take, NOT the walk your phone will tell you. It is only stairs and gravel for 10 minutes straight, it’s nearly impossible to haul your luggage up. Lastly, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the AC was a much needed plus at this time of year. It was exactly what we needed and the hospitality exceeded expectations, totally recommend.

We had a great vacation at Valentina's! It is simply fantastically beautiful there, Valentina is an incredibly warm person and we were joyfully greeted every morning for breakfast by the lovely dogs and cats. We also had a lot of fun at the cooking class with Valentina.

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Our highlight on the 17-day Corsica trip and crowning conclusion was with Luc&Isabelle. Very nice couple, interested in the guests, helpful and hospitable. And first the treehouse... sleep like in the clouds (nowhere you experience such a great bed). The super tasty dinner and the great table company with other guests was so harmonious. Breakfast with the dog company from the owners on the terrace in the sunshine... what more could you ask for? Merci Luc&Isabelle

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

We had a short but great stay. Great room, pretty bathroom with a big bathtub. And great parking option.

No need to look any further. You’ve found where you want to be! Chris’s place is a piece of heaven. It is so beautifully and authentically decorated with traditional wooden beams and stunning furniture, comfortable sofas and beds with all the amenities you need. The pool and gardens are a dream with plenty of seating options and such pretty views, surrounded by greenery and full of charm. Not to mention the beautiful dogs, Lucca and Sienna and the donkeys! It is the Tuscan countryside, so don’t be surprised by the mosquitoes and the little geckos. Then of course, there’s Chris himself, who is so kind and friendly and makes you feel so welcome and at home! It was my MIL’s birthday and he went above and beyond to help make it that extra bit special! He is such a wonderful and generous host who works tirelessly to create this haven that we had the privilege of staying in. So thank you Chris, for everything! Best place we’ve stayed in Italy so far!

Amazing stay in a family owned place. It’s was the perfect fit for us. Amazing breakfast, perfect service and a stylish and super clean room. The outdoor area is very beautiful and the pool is amazing. We were warmly welcomed and our child got heartwarming attention over the whole stay! We could not recommend Il Conneto more. Best place in Siestri Levante.
