the apartment is faithful to the listing, very functional with the small terrace. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place is very quiet, easy to access and no parking problems. Not far from the slate quarries for beautiful walks.

Pierre's house and the environment are very pleasant, the morning walk in the tall deer grass adds a special charm. the neighborhood is very quiet. Pauline, the young woman, is a very responsive co-host to our requests. We recommend this place.

We had a pleasant stay in this very quiet and well-equipped apartment. A small inner courtyard is a little extra to get some air or meals. Easy to park in the street; possibility of going to the city center by taking the tram whose station is nearby; shops nearby. Philippe always gave us all the necessary explanations for our stay. Good experience. The accommodation was as described. Very pleasant, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

We had a great stay at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the botanical garden so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with the windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!
