Holiday rentals with a pool in Rives de l'Yon

Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

Great stay in this very nice cottage! The accommodation is clean, spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a stay with several people. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the small terrace area, ideal for relaxing. Thank you for hosting.

A great stay with family. Despite the capricious weather, the activities offered in the cottage (covered pool and spa, foosball, billiards...) and the volume allowed everyone to have fun and enjoy. Beautiful outings (Nantes, Puy du Fou, Sables d 'Olonne, futureiscope...) The communication with Jessica was very nice.

Lovely stay in Ile de Re. Beautiful property located in a peaceful area only 5 minutes from a the town square with bakery and local market. Isabelle was very helpful.

Fabienne's accommodation was perfect for our family, the place is peaceful and safe. The house is functional and the pool a stone's throw from the accommodation is great!

We had a great family vacation at Nathalie's place. Very reachable and responsive when we had questions beforehand, very good hosting with small gifts. Really great! Really ideal location with respect to the sea. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

Very beautiful sea view house with pool sheltered from the wind. We were two families with three children each, the house is arranged so that each family had its own space. The house is located 600 m from a supervised beach that can be reached by a coastal path. We had a very nice stay and will definitely be back!

Just returned from a great stay, Christophe the key holder and owner was lovely and helpful with any questions we had and kindly dropped off some eggs that his chickens had laid which were very tasty. The house has a wealth of family history itself and the things displayed across the house show these off and the information in the house guide explain some of these items and the link to the family. It's a beautiful house and stays cool in the warm weather too (keep the shutters closed in the day to help this). The pool is beautiful and the house amenities catered for all our needs. It's also a great location to get to without a car as the train station is a short walk away and goes direct to Poitiers and La Rochelle. We had a lovely time and a really relaxing week 😊

We had a pleasant stay with the family! The house is spacious and comfortable. The small negative point, we had a lot of flies in the main room during our stay. Nothing serious ☺️

Perfect place to rest in a space where you're safe. The house both inside and outside is very clean . You can trust you completely. You won't be disappointed. People also respect the car locations, we can park it just in front of the door to load and unload, which is nice . As it is a secure space, children can cycle within the premises of the place . The reception staff are charming and very attentive.

Pleasant stay in a well-equipped house, especially on the kitchen side with dishes, utensils, dishes... Ideally located because the house is close to the ocean with beautiful walks to do, and close to the city center on foot. Ideal house for family with children because many beds of 90.

The accommodation was great for 10 people. The pool was the best because we enjoyed it a lot as the weather was with us. We recommend it for a long weekend... otherwise the shops and beaches are within walking distance which prevented us from taking the car, that's great... pleasant stay in St Jean de Monts.
